Sugar and acid are important substances that determine the quality of jujube fruits.It is a great significance that studying the components and contents of sugar and acid in fruits and their genetic diversity for enriching germplasm.In this experiment,Test materials are Jujube germplasm,that is from the Tarim University in the Alar region of southern Xinjiang.Detecting and analyzing the components and content of sugar and acid in jujube fruits during crispy ripening by HPLC.To study the types of sugar and acid accumulation in the fruit of jujube germplasm resources and their correlations;and to analyze the genetic diversity and characteristics of components and contents of sugar and acid in jujube germplasm and live offspring populations.The main research results are as follows:(1)Sucrose,glucose and fructose are the main components of sugar in the fruit of jujube germplasm.Jujube germplasm can be divided into three sugar accumulation types in fruits: sucrose accumulation type(sucrose accounts for more than 55% of total sugar content).Reducing sugar accumulation type(reducing sugar accounts for more than 55% of total sugar content,intermediate type(sucrose or reducing sugar content is between the above two).The component and content of acid in jujube germplasm is malic acid>quinine Acid > citric acid > tartaric acid > oxalic acid > succinic acid > fumaric acid,84% of the tested jujube germplasm did not detect succinic acid and fumaric acid.According to the ratio of malic acid to quinic acid content in the fruit,The acid accumulation type of jujube germplasm is divided into malic acid type(the ratio of malic acid to quinic acid content is 1.237 or more),quinic acid type(the ratio of malic acid to quinic acid content is less than or equal to 0.801)and intermediate type.(The ratio of malic acid to quinic acid content is between the above two).(2)The content of fructose,glucose,sucrose,tartaric acid,quinic acid,malic acid and Vc belong to the normal distribution,Oxalic acid and citric acid do not conform to the normal distribution in fruit of Jujube germplasm.The coefficient of variation of glucose content in fruit was 38.666%,and the coefficient of variation of sucrose content was 31.099%.From the perspective of genetic diversity index,the diversity index of sugar component ranged from 4.840 to 4.864,among which sucrose was diverse.The sex index is the highest.The variation of citric acid content in the fruit acid component was the largest,and the coefficient of variation was 79.337%.The variation of malic acid content was the smallest,and the coefficient of variation was 36.967%.From the perspective of genetic diversity index,the diversity index ranged from 4.614 to 4.846,the diversity index of malic acid content is highest.(3)Except for malic acid,the content of other sugar and acid components was normally distributed in the fruits of Jujube Living offspring.The coefficient of variation of the content of sugar and acid components in the fruits of the offspring was citric acid>tartaric acid>oxalic acid>malic acid>glucose>fructose>quinic acid>Vc>sucrose.Among the different populations of jujube varieties,the variation of sugar components in the progeny of milk-brittle honey was larger,and the acid composition of the progeny of the long-hearted chickens was more variable.The genetic diversity of Vc in the fruits of Leling non-verified progeny population was rich.The average genetic diversityindex of the live offspring populations of different jujube varieties is Changjixin >Ruicuimi >Jinsixiaozao > Guanyin > Lelingwuhe.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between the sugar components in the fruit of jujube germplasm,and the reducing sugar was significantly negatively correlated with sucrose.There was a significant positive correlation between the five acid components of oxalic acid,tartaric acid,quinic acid,malic acid and succinic acid.There was a significant positive correlation between glucose and fructose in the jujube fruits of the five offspring populations.There was a significant negative correlation between malic acid,Vc and citric acid in the fruit of Lelingwuhe offspring.(5)The results of clustering showed that jujube germplasm resources could be divided into five categories according to the composition and content of sugar and acid,and the offspring of five jujube varieties could be divided into four categories,and there are common sugar accumulation characteristics or acid accumulation characteristics among the same type of jujube germplasm.
