Study On Apple Quality Evaluation And Price Forecasting Model

Apple is one of the world's four major fruits,and it is rich in variety and rich in nutrients,This article mainly uses Fuji apple as the research object,analyzes the apple quality characteristics and evaluates it,which not only helps people accurately judge the apple grade but also makes people have an objective and comprehensive understanding of apple quality in different producing areas.Analyzing the relationship between apple quality and price,forecast the trend of apple price in the future,and combine quality evaluation with price forecast,On the one hand,it can improve the quality of apples and meet the needs of users,on the other hand,it can save costs and improve the development level of fruit industry.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.A new method of sample evaluation based on principal component analysis was constructed,and the quality evaluation of apple in different producing areas was realized.The main meteorological factors affecting the appearance quality of apple were analyzed and the basic image recognition technology was used to calculate the fruit shape index,skewness and coloration degree for apple grading.Cluster analysis was carried out to classify the producing areas based on apple appearance quality,internal quality and comprehensive quality.2.Research on apple price forecasting model.The apple quality and price in different producing areas were analyzed,and the relationship between quality and price was analyzed.ARIMA model,NAR model,wavelet-ARIMA model and wavelet-NAR model were used to fit and predict the daily price,weekly price and monthly price of apple.The results of fitting prediction error analysis show that the NAR model is the best for the daily price prediction of apple,and the wavelet-NAR model is the best for weekly price and monthly price prediction.3.Research and development of apple quality and price information service system.In order to facilitate the user to query apple quality information,observe the change of apple's price in real time,obtain the evaluation result of apple quality and the trend of price prediction in a scientific and accurate manner,the apple quality and price information service system was developed.It mainly realizes user registration,user login,data information query,quality evaluation,price forecast,user message and other functions,so as to provide information services for users.According to the main meteorological factors affecting the quality of apples,fruit farmers can adjust the growth environment of apple in a timely manner,which helps toimprove apple quality.In order to meet the needs of different users,different methods are used to evaluate the quality of apples and analyze the relationship between quality and price,and predict the trend of apple price in the future.Finally,the data information and research results will be presented to the user through the apple quality and price information service system in an intuitive interface,which will promote the efficient,healthy and sustainable development of the apple industry.
