In order to clarify the effects of seed dressing and leaf spray on the growth and yield of soybean,the scientific basis for the promotion and practical application of growth regulators in soybean cultivation was provided.In the study,the field experiment was carried out in Heshan Farm of Jiu San Administration of Heilongjiang Province from 2017 to 2018,and Heihe 43 and Keshan 1 were used as test soybean varieties,with 1-?3-amino-1,2,4-triazole?-based-3,3-dimethy-l-2-butanone?abbreviated as “AP2”?as a test regulator,and comparing and analyzing two different treatment methods: pre-sow seed dressing and foliar spray?R1?.The regulation effect of soybean growth and yield,in which the seed dressing treatment was carried out with no seed dressing as a control,the leaf spray treatment was carried out by spraying water on the foliar surface as a control.The effects of different treatments on morphological indexes,dry matter accumulation,photosynthetic physiological characteristics,leaf and grain sugar metabolism related indexes of two soybean varieties were analyzed.The main results are as follows:1.AP2 seed dressing and leaf spray increased the stem diameter and dry matter accumulation of the two tested varieties.The seed dressing treatment increased the stem diameter of the two soybean varieties in the middle and later stages,which was beneficial to prevent the plants from lodging.Spraying AP2 on the leaves significantly increased the dry matter accumulation in the upper part of Heihe 43.2.Both AP2 seed dressing and leaf spray significantly increased the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of the two soybean varieties in R2 and R6.AP2 seed dressing mainly increased the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of Keshan1 leaves,while leaf spray mainly increased the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of Heihe 43 leaves.3.AP2 seed dressing increased the content of sucrose,soluble sugar and starch in the leaves of two soybean varieties during most of sampling periods.AP2 seed dressing treatment increased the total invertase activity of Heihe 43 leaves,and increased the total invertase activity of Keshan 1.For the aspect of grain,AP2 seed dressing increased the content of sucrose,soluble sugar and starch in the seeds of two soybean varieties.AP2 seed dressing treatment adjusted the total invertase activity of the two soybean varieties to different degrees,and the effect mainly occurred in the early stage.4.Foliar application of AP2 significantly increased the content of sucrose,soluble sugar and starch in the leaves of two soybean varieties during most of sampling periods.The starch content of leaves of Hehe 43 appeared at a maximum.The changes of total invertase activity in leaves of two soybean cultivars were different.The total invertase activity of Heihe 43 was higher than that of the control,and gradually decreased in the later stage,and the total invertase activity of Keshan 1 variety was increased.For the aspect of grain,the content of sucrose,soluble sugar and starch in the grain of two soybean varieties were significantly increased during most of sampling periods,and the total invertase activity of the two soybean varieties was improved.5.AP2 can regulate the yield components and yield of two soybean varieties.Seed dressing by AP2 significantly increased the number of pods per plant and the number of seeds per plant of Heihe 43 and Keshan 1 soybean varieties.For the yield analysis,AP2 seed dressing increased the yield of the two soybean varieties by 13.62%,12.81%,5.73%,and 16.65%,respectively.Foliar application of AP2 significantly increased the number of pods per plant and the number of seeds per plant.From the production point of view,the yield of the two soybean varieties increased by19.98%,9.86%,12.5%,and 17.59%,respectively,mainly due to the better yield increasing of Heihe 43.In summary,AP2 seed dressing and leaf spray regulated all of the photosynthetic characteristics of the two soybean varieties to different degrees,promoting the accumulation of photo-contracted compounds,improving the metabolism level of soybean leaves and grain assimilate,and finally to achieve the purpose of increasing production.
