As one of the main seafood in China,mussel has rich nutritional and medicinal value.Mussel farming in China has been expanding due to its advantages of low investment,quick effect,high yield and low risk.However,the traditional mussel breeding technology is relatively backward,and the major mussel breeding companies in China are still in the blank stage of machine-wrapped seedlings,which limits the development of mussel industry in China.At present,in the process of mussel breeding in China,artificial labor is still in the process of seedling wrapping,harvesting and picking,which is inefficient and labor intensive.Among them,mussel seedling wrapping process is particularly prominent,artificial wrapping for a long time,easy to miss the best breeding period;workers operate randomly,it is difficult to ensure the quality of the rope;its core technology is monopolized by foreign enterprises,and the cost of import and maintenance is expensive.The number of young people engaged in this industry is decreasing year by year.It is necessary to replace people with machines and develop mussel seedling-wrapping devices in line with our country.Only in this way can mussel breeding industry develop faster and better,and the market prospects are very broad.In this paper,the process of mussel seedling wrapping is taken as the research object.To transform artificial seedling wrapping into machine seedling wrapping,it is necessary to design the whole mussel seedling wrapping device,create a three-dimensional model,carry out finite element analysis of key parts,and finally complete the design of the control system.The details are as follows:(1)Formulate the overall design scheme of the mussel seedling-wrapping device,confirm that the device can realize the seedling-wrapping process through theoretical design calculation,and simulate the movement state of the seedling-wrapping machine through CREO three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis to ensure the rationality of the design.(2)Stress analysis is carried out on the important parts of the designed device,and the stress situation of the parts is obtained.Finite element analysis is carried out by Ansys Workbench.Strength of the parts is checked by static analysis,and corresponding stress and displacement are obtained.The frequencies and modes are obtained by modal analysis,and the dynamic characteristics of the device are estimated.Through harmonic response analysis,the mode shapes and rotation angles are obtained at the excitation frequency.(3)Design of control system for seedling wrapping device.The control system is designed according to the mussel seedling quantity and the tightness of the breeding rope.The PLC is the core of the control system.The speed of the motor is adjusted by the frequency converter to achieve speed matching under different working conditions.The realtime adjustment by the sensor can make the device achieve higher automation and save energy at the same time.
