The Studies On Controlling Of Sperm Motility And Artificial Fertilization About Coregonus Peled In Sayram Lake

Coregonus peled is a high-grade cold water economic fish at home and abroad.in 1998 Coregonus peled's large-scale breeding was successful for the first time in ChiNa's Sayram Lake.at present,the main technical problems in the cultivating of Coregonus peled is that the low fertilizating rate leading to low fingerlings producing efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the regulation of sperm motility of Coregonus peled.The individual effects of Na~+,K~+,glucose,mannitol and glycerol on the sperm motility of Coregonus peled,the synthetic effects of glucose,glycerol and Na~+on the sperm motility of Coregonus peled,and the effects of unilateral spermic activated solution,compound sperm activated aolution on artificial fertilizating rate of Coregonus peled are studied in this paper,in order to screen out the activated solution formula that can improve the Coregonus peled sperm motility and fries&fingerling's producting efficiency.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the tests about individually regulating of 5 factors Na~+,K~+,glucose,mannitol and glycerol on the sperm motility of Coregonus peled,the results showed that.The first test results showed that:(1)Coregonus peled'sperm vigor is highest as the osmotic pressure range of Na~+,glucose,mannitol is 200kPa,in this sperm case,the activating rates are 85.33±9.91%,89.33±7.99%,74.00±9.86%in turn,the FT values are 86.67±3.23 s,136.33±3.062 s and 84.05±4.36 s respectively,the LT values were 257.33±2.52s,379.03±3.61 s,218.12±4.36 s.(2)Coregonus peled'sperm vigor is highest as the osmotic pressure range of K~+is 100 kPa,in this sperm case,the activating rates are 53.33±8.17%,the FT values are 57.33±2.08 s,the LT values were 120.33±3.06 s.(3)Coregonus peled'sperm vigor is highest as the osmotic pressure range of glycerin is 500 kPa,in this sperm case,the activating rates are 86.00±11.83%,the FT values are133.67±3.79 s,the LT values were 319.67±1.53 s.Na~+,glucose and glycerol have better effect on sperm motility of Coregonus peled.(2)In the tests about comprehensive of 3 factors glycerol and Na~+on the sperm motility of Coregonus peled,the results showed that.The second test results showed that:(1)for glucose,glycerin and Na~+of optimal combiNation of the formulation comprehensive regulation on The Coregonus peled'sperm vitality.(2)The rank of the impaction of glucose,glycerin and Na~+on Coregonus peled'sperm vitality in glucose>glycerin>Na~+.(3)The effects of glucose,glycerin and Na~+on Coregonus peled'sperm vitality is extremely significant in the FT variance aNalysis(P<0.01).The effects of glucose,Na~+on Coregonus peled'sperm vitality is extremely significant(P<0.01),and none of glycerin(P>0.05)in the LT variance aNalysis.The effects of glucose and Na~+is better than the one of glycerin in the process of reguleting Coregonus peled'sperm vitality.(3)Effect of individually regulating activating solution and compound activating solution on fertilization rate of Coregonus peled.(1)The fertilizating rates of glucose 200 kPa,glycerol 500 kPa,Na~+200 kPa unilateral test group and Glucose 100 kPa+Na~+100 kPa+glycerol 400 kPa Compound Test Group are 15.08±3.16%,13.32±3.06%,14.46±3.31%and 13.61±2.80%respectively.(2)There are no significant difference in fertilizating rates between glucose 200 kPa,glycerol 500 kPa,Na~+200 kPa unilateral test group and Glucose 100 kPa+Na~+100 kPa+glycerol 400 kPa Compound Test Group(P>0.05),but it are significantly higher than that of distilled water control group(P<0.05).The results of this paper confirm that glucose,glycerol and Na~+have a good effect on the sperm motility of Coregonus peled,glucose 100 kPa+glycerol 400 kPa+Na~+100 kPa is the optimal compound activator of spermatozoa of Coregonus peled,glucose 200 kPa,glycerol 500 kPa,Na~+200 kPa and glucose100 kPa+glycerol 400 kPa+Na~+100 kPa can well improve the fertilization rate of Coregonus peled.The above conclusion not only enriches the contents of sperm motility of white salmon,but also provides data support for the improvement of fertilizating rate and fries&fingerlings producting efficiency of Coregonus peled.
