Study On The Most Economical Investment Of Chemical Fertilizer Based On Environmental Cost In Wheat

The contribution of chemical fertilizers to wheat production is unquestionable and contributes to the development of the sample area economy.However,pollution of water,soil and atmosphere caused by the use of chemical fertilizers is attracting more and more attention.Although people is getting more and more attention to the impact of chemical fertilizers on the sustainable development of agricultural production,but has yet to find effective management of household fertilization level of effective measures.Therefore,in this context,this article starts with the economic theory of externalities,on the basis of this study,the present situation of fertilizer application in the sample area and the factors affecting wheat yield and income were analyzed,and using the emergy analysis method,the market value method and the replacement cost method to estimate the external environmental costs of wheat planting chemical fertilizer in the sample area,and then the most economical application amount of chemical fertilizer was estimated based on environmental cost,so as to effectively control the amount of wheat farmers to put forward a reasonable countermeasure,effectively reduce the sample area of fertilizer application level,optimizing the chemical fertilizer application structure,and,then,improve the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers,reduce the external environmental costs caused by irrational use of chemical fertilizers,and improve the self-interest of farmers,and finally achieve coordinated and sustainable development of agricultural production and ecological environment.In this paper,the economic development and serious pollution of Zhenjiang City for the study,first elaboratation of the background of this paper,the purpose of the study,significance,research methods and related literature review.The present situation of fertilizer application and the factors affecting the yield and income of wheat in the sample area are analyzed from the data in the yearbook and the survey data of farmers.It is concluded that there is an unreasonable phenomenon in the proportion of fertilizer application in wheat planting in the sample area.To a certain extent,there is no direct correlation between the amount of fertilizer input and the wheat yield,and the increase or decrease of fertilizer use is not related to wheat yield.Then,using the energy analysis theory and the method of combination of replacement cost and market value,the external environmental costs of chemical fertilizers application are respectively 1.273 Yuan/kg and 10.31 Yuan/kg,and the above-mentioned environmental costs were introduced into the wheat production function respectively.The results showed that the most economical input of fertilizer was 48.46 kg/ha and the environmental cost of chemical fertilizer was too large to stop fertilization.Finally,according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the agricultural production accounting system,raise the farmers’ awareness of environmental protection and implement the emission trading.
