Analysis On Comparative Economic Benefits Of Greenhouse And Land Cultivation Of Black Fungus In Dunhua Province

With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the concept of " one meat,one element,one bacterium" for green food and black food has attracted more and more attention.Auricularia auricula,as one of the most representative edible fungi rich in nutrition,is deeply loved by consumers.Dunhua City has a long history of producing Auricularia auricula,with its advantageous geographical location,natural resources and environment,and rich experience of fungus farmers in planting Auricularia auricula.Therefore,Dunhua’s Auricularia auricula planting industry has now become a pillar industry in the development of characteristic industries and has made great contributions to promoting economic development and increasing farmers’ income.By comparing and analyzing the economic benefits of Auricularia auricula under the two modes of scaffolding and ground planting in Dunhua City,the aim is to carry out reasonable cost control in the process of developing Auricularia auricula industry,save costs,expand benefits,break production bottlenecks,and come up with countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of Auricularia auricula industry.First,by comparing the output value and output of Auricularia auricula in the counties and cities of Yanbian,it is concluded that Auricularia auricula in Dunhua is promotingThe edible fungus industry in Yanbian plays an important role in its development.Second,through on-the-spot investigation and consulting relevant data from relevant departments,the development status of auricularia auricula industry in Dunhua city and the planting situation of edible fungi and auricularia auricula were analyzed,and the development situation and future development trend of auricularia auricula industry in Dunhua city in recent years were obtained.Thirdly,based on the on-the-spot investigation of auricularia auricula industry in Dunhua city,this paper analyzes the three links of production,processing and sales,compares and analyzes the economic benefits of auricularia auricula under the two modes of trellis and ground planting through elasticity theory and cost theory,and analyzes the profit difference between trellis and ground planting auricularia auricula after the construction of new greenhouse and greenhouse,and finally analyzes the factors affecting the profit of auricularia auricula.The results show that,Improving producer management technology,developing production methods to intensive scale,developing green food,establishing independent brands,etc.,can all expand revenue.The fourth is to determine the four main factors that affect the development of auricularia auricula industry locally,human resources,input costs,marketing methods,and policy support.In view of the above analysis,relevant suggestions are put forward to guide the further rapid development of auricularia auricula industry.
