Abstract/Summary:
Rice is an important ration for our people and has a long history of planting in China.The areas of planting are mainly distributed in the northeast and south.At present,the sowing methods of rice in many areas are still dominated by complex agronomy like artificial seedlings and transplanting.The mechanization development is seriously lagging behind and is not suitable for the development of modern agriculture.The developed rice seeding method can save the above process,greatly improve the efficiency of rice planting,and save a lot of manpower.Therefore,designing and developing a rice precision seeding machine with precision,controllability,high degree of mechanization and high practical economy and in line with the actual situation of China’s agricultural development is of great significance to promote the development of rice industry and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.After learning a large amount of literature and combined with the theory of agriculture and agricultural mechanics,this paper designs and develops a rice precision live broadcast machine with the help of 3D drawing software and finite element analysis software,and designs and develops key components.At the same time,some of the main components have been improved.In addition,systematic research and simulation analysis were carried out on the trenching performance of the key capability-opener that affects the performance of the planter.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the agronomic requirements of rice live broadcast,the functions of the live broadcast machine were analyzed,and the overall structure and size of the seeding machine were clarified.A three-dimensional map of the rack and main mechanism was drawn using the drawing software SolidWorks.The transmission design is carried out,and the power of the rotation of the seed meter is provided by the ground wheel through the chain drive.When the total transmission ratio is calculated to be 1.3,the plant spacing is about 17 cm,and the transmission ratio canbe changed by adjusting the diameter of the sprocket.Combined with agronomic knowledge and related literatures,it is clarified that the number of rows per hole in rice is about 2-3,the plant spacing is in the range of 15-20 cm,the sowing depth is controlled within 4 cm,and the number of seeding rows is 6 rows.2.According to the agronomic requirements of rice live broadcast,the functions of the direct seeding machine were analyzed,and the overall structure,spatial distribution and related dimensions of the seeding machinery were clarified.A three-dimensional map of the rack and main mechanism was drawn using the drawing software SolidWorks.At the same time,the transmission design is carried out,and the power of the rotation of the seed meter is provided by the ground wheel through the chain drive.When the total transmission ratio is calculated to be 1,the plant spacing of each hole is about 22.1 cm,and the sprocket can be adjusted in the process.Diameter to change the gear ratio.Through the in-depth analysis of rice agronomy,it is clear that the number of rows per hole in the live broadcast of rice is about 2-3,the plant spacing is in the range of 15-20 cm,the sowing depth is controlled within 4 cm,and the number of seeding rows is 6 rows.3.The feasibility of high-speed trenching was studied.The soil trough experiment was carried out on the soil trough test bench for the shovel-type opener,the shovel-type opener and the double-disc opener.The relevant soil parameters were measured before the test.Considering the planting characteristics of rice and wheat rotation in the north,a small amount of wheat straw is placed in the soil tank.The ditch depth was set to 4 cm,and the ditch test was carried out at a ditch speed of about6 km/h and 7 km/h.The specific values of the ditch resistance and the ditch width were measured,and it was found that when the ditch depth was shallow The resistance values of the three openers are small,and The double disc opener has a good trenching type and the strongest cutting ability;the arrow shovel type opener groove type is in good condition,while the shovel type opener has uneven groove shape and large soil disturbance during high speed trenching..4.On the basis of the experiment,the double disc opener and the arrow shovel opener were selected and modeled in three dimensions.The discrete element softwareEDEM was used to simulate and analyze it.Firstly,a soil sample with cohesive force was established,and the trenching process simulation of different openers was carried out in the same soil sample.The resistance values of the two openers were obtained by simulation.It was found that the resistance value of the double disc opener was larger than that of the arrow shovel opener,but the groove type stability was better.
