The Study On Lvliang Black Goat Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer

Mammalian somatic cell cloning technology has important value in breeding,animal protection and medical treatment.Lvliang Black Goat is a good local breed.Exploiting and utilizing this animal resource is of practical significance for promoting local economic development and establishing characteristic brandIn this study,the auricular fibroblasts from Lvliang Black Goat of 3 months of age were purified by 10%serum culture medium and kept as cryopreservation cells.Then 21 Liaoning Cashmere Goats were superovulation and 19 oestrous goats obtained 231 mature oocytes which could be used as recipient cells Then 123 recombinant embryos were obtained after in vitro culture by injecting the fibroblasts cells into the oocytes after nuclear removal.Finally 123 recombinant embryos were transplanted into the s-bend of fallopian tubes of 10 Liaoning Cashmere Goats during the same period of estrus with surgery.2 healthy female Lvliang Black Goats were born on June 24th,2017 in good conditionThis study not only established a relatively perfect system of somatic cell cloning but also laid a foundation for the protection,promotion and application of Lvliang Black Goat and other excellent breeding resources.At the same time,it provides practical methods and direction for further research on animal breeding and mammalian somatic cell cloning technology.
