Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck)are two kinds of the oriental fruit moths in the northern sections of China, whose larvae bore fruit damage, seriously affecting the quality of fruit, resulting in economic losses, and it is difficult that in the prevention and treatment.Studying on the histological features of the reproductive and digestive system of Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck),can provide important basis to explore the genetic control and refinement forecast. In this paper,we mainly apply the technology of paraffin section for systematically histocytology studying on the reproductive and digestive system of Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck),the main research results are as follows:The research results of the histocytology of reproductive system:(1)Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck)belong to polytrophic ovary, ovarian tube divides into three parts of terminal filament, growth and reproductive.According to the features of ovariole development:whether there have egg chamber, the condition of yolk deposition, whether the formation of the chorion and ovarian tube plug is disappeared in the process of oocyte development, the ovarian development of Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck)could be divided into six stages:the initial phase, transparent phase, yolk deposition prophase, yolk deposition period, egg maturation and oviposition phase.Compared with the ovarian development progress of Grapholita molesta(Busck)in different seasons, the phenomenon of ovarian development which has been moved up in June than December.(2)Histologically studying of the mating of Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck),the process of mating can be divided into four periods:the prime of mating, the medium mating, the later period of mating mating and the final phase of mating.Studying on the producing of spermatophore and its histologically characteristics, conform to the general way of the lepidopteran mating insemination.Studying on the morphology and histology of the heavy muscular area of ductus ejaculatorius simplex of the male Grapholita molesta(Busck),was not found that the heavy muscular area of ductus ejaculatorius simplex full of contents when unmating;its contents disappeared after mating;the contents can be filled again after 18 hours. It has relationship between the content of the heavy muscular area of ductus ejaculatorius simplex and spermatophore, according to the condition of the content of the heavy muscular area of ductus ejaculatorius simplex to determine whether mating, and combining with adult emergence peak can be used in production.(3)The eggs of Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck)developing under the optimum conditions, egg period about 120 hours and 106 hours respectively. The embryonic development is similar between Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck),it can be divided into five stages:the blastoderm formation stage, germ band, embryo membrane formation stage, germ layer differentiation stage, dorsal enclosure stage, body wall and internal organ formation stage, the morphological changing of the blastoderm formation stage and dorsal enclosure stage are most obvious, body wall and internal organ formation stage can see the larval form visibly. The results of the histocytology of digestive system:there isn’t gender differences of the digestive structure between Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta(Busck). The digestive tract differences obviously between larva and adult:silk glands present in the larval stage,it is related to the habit of spining a cocoon;silk gland, gastric caeca, peritrophic membrane will disappeare in pupa, decreasing of muscle tissue in midgut, intestinal wall became thinner, ingluvies and rectal sac formation,a series of transformations of the pupal stage is to adapt to the adult stage which feeding liquid food;pharynx specialized for throat pump in adult, muscle tissue in midgut is continue to decrease than pupal.
