Pardosa astrigera L.Koch is a genus of Panthera, which is one of the natural enemies of agriculture and forest in north and south of China. The species has a wide range of food, predation, growth period long, strong fecundity and many other advantages.Although the current researchers on the Pardosa astrigera has done a lot of research, but there is a Pardosa astrigera life table preparation and vitellin determination of the research is rarely reported. In this paper, the biological characteristics and the effects of temperature on the growth and reproduction of Pardosa astrigera were studied systematically. The effects of temperature on the growth and reproduction of the Pardosa astrigera were studied systematically.1.Study on the biological characteristics of Pardosa astrigera.Pardosa astrigera collected in the Shanxi Agricultural University wheat field, back to the indoor artificial climate chamber single-head feeding in the test tube(1 x 3cm),to be mature after their one by one placed in a conical flask,to be spawning record its biological characteristics.Pardosa astrigera life through the eggs, young spider, spiderling, asian spider, spider 5 development stage.Female spider and male spider mating, the male spider will first make a test, after the end of 80%chance of female spider will be male spider killed.Female spider mating will be a lifetime of pregnancy,a life will produce 3-4 times the egg bag,and female spider will have egg protection behavior.Female spider life molting 6-7 times, male spider life molting 6 times,in the last molting after the completion of a mate can be mating.2.Effects of temperature on the growth and reproduction of Pardosa astrigera. In this paper, the artificial feeding method was used to study the effects of temperature on the growth and reproduction of the Pardosa astrigera mites under the conditions of 17,21,25,29 and 33?.The results showed that the growth period was shortened and the growth and development were accelerated with the increase of temperature in the five different temperature ranges. In the experiment, the life table of the fecundity population was established, and the parameters of the life table were as follows:the net appreciation rate(Ro),intrinsic rate of increase(rm)and weekly growth rate(?)reached a maximum at 25?,the values are respectively 8.958,0.027 and 1.027;the 17? net appreciation rate(Ro),the intrinsic rate of increase(rm)and the weekly growth rate(?)respectively were 0.060,-0.028 and 0.972;the net rate of increase(Ro),the intrinsic rate of increase(rm)and the weekly growth rate(?)were 6.246,0.021 and 1.021 respectively at 29?;the net appreciation rate(Ro),Intrinsic growth rate(rm),weekly growth rate(?)respectively were 2.172,0.009 and 1.009 at 33 ?.Comprehensive net value rate, weekly growth rate, intrinsic growth rate and other life parameters, indicating that 25 ? is the most suitable for the number of star leopard spider population reproduction. The average the net appreciation rate, the weekly growth rate, the intrinsic rate of increase and other life parameters, indicating that 25 ? is the most suitable for the growth of the number of species.3.Determination of Pardosa astrigera egg yolk protein. In this study, the vitellin was obtained by using distilled water precipitation method, and the vitellin was determined by ELISA.The molecular weight of the egg yolk protein and subunit was determined by polyacrylamide electrophoresis for characteristic analysis. The results showed that the temperature had no significant effect on the vitellin concentration of the Pardosa astrigera, and the variation of the yolk protein concentration was not significant under different temperature conditions. The molecular weight of the four subunits of the vitellin respectively was 131.62 kDa,83.60 kDa,69.44 kDa and 40.61 kDa.In summary, the temperature has a direct impact on the ecology of the Pardosa astrigera, and the temperature is 25? which is the most suitable population growth rate. The egg yolk protein consists of four subunits, and the concentration does not change depending on the temperature. Therefore,it has protection of the Pardosa astrigera and the utilization of its practical significance.
