Agronomic parameters such as chlorophyll content and leaf area index are important indicators to measure crop growth and its physiological and ecological characteristics.In this experiment,the bitter buckwheat "Haifeng No.1" was used as the research material.Different concentrations of selenium were sprayed in field experiments to determine the canopy reflectance spectrum and chi a content,chi b content,and chl a+b content in different growth stages of tartary buckwheat.Parameters such as leaf area index,and analysis of the relationship between agronomic parameters and spectral reflectance.The content of protein in tartary buckwheat was determined and the relationship between agronomic parameters and grain protein content was analyzed.Agronomy parameters were used as a link to establish a predictive model for protein content and canopy spectral reflectance of tartary buckwheat.The main findings are as follows:1.Under the same selenium level,the spectral reflectance of buckwheat canopy in different fertility processes has a certain regularity.Within the range of visible light band and near-infrared wave band,it shows a decreasing trend with the progress of fertility.Different levels of selenium spray,there is a certain difference in the spectral reflectance of buckwheat canopy in the same fertility process.With the increase of selenium level,the visible light wave reflectance changes are not obvious,but in the near infrared wavelength band,the reflectivity change is obvious,showing a decreasing trend.2.With different selenium levels,the contents of chl a,chl b and chl a+b of tartary buckwheat have regular changes with the progress of fertility.When analyzing the quantitative relationship between the three kinds of contents and the index of 7 plants,it was found that the vegetation index NDVI(955,729)had a good estimation of the chl a content and chl b content,R2 and RMSE were 0.6475 and 0.5002,respectively.0.6573 and 0.5016,the vegetation index DVI(980,733)had a good estimation of the chl a+b content,R2 and RMSE were 0.6844 and 0.5343,respectively.3.With different selenium levels,the leaf area index of Tartary Buckwheat rose first and then decreased with the progress of fertility.In the analysis of the quantitative relationship between LAI and 7 planting indices,it was shown that the "NDVI 705,R2 and RMSE were 0.6555 and 0.4890,respectively.4.According to the analysis of the buckwheat vegetation index and agronomic parameters,as well as the agronomic parameters and grain protein content of the bitter buckwheat corresponding to each growth process,we can see that the equation of the model constructed by the buckwheat leaf area index and grain protein content is Y=0.159x2-2.5328x+20.329,the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.6407,and the equation for the model constructed with chl a+b content and grain protein content is Y=-6.7481x2+27.597x-14.686 and R2 is 0.7532.
