Due to the single application of rice herbicides over the years, the resistance of weeds to herbicides has increased year by year, and rice herbicide will lead to herbicide damage in unsuitable climatic conditions. Therefore, the urgent problem needed be solved in current market is how to solve the security of rice field herbicides and improve the effect of herbicide to herbicide-resistant weeds. In this paper, the protective effects of the safeners AD-67 and Fenchlorazole on S-metolachlor and Dicamba in rice fields were systematically studied through the method of field experiments combined with biochemical analysis, which expand the use scope of S-metolachlor and Dicamba in rice fields, and to provide theoretical basis for future application in rice production. The main results are as follows:1.Different concentrations of S-metolachlor and Dicamba had significant inhibitory effects on the germination of rice seeds and seedling growth, and inhibitory effects increased with increasing concentrations.2.Adding different concentrations of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to S-metolachlor and Dicamba had obvious detoxification effect on rice seeds, and the detoxification effect increased with the increase of concentration of safeners.AD-67 had a better detoxification effect on S-metolachlor,and the plant height recovery rate reached 118.3%,and the fresh weight recovery rate reached 128.7%.The effect of Fenchlorazole on detoxification of Dicamba was better, and the plant height recovery rate reached 119.2%,and the fresh weight recovery rate reached 121.4%.3.Different concentrations of S-metolachlor and Dicamba had significantly inhibited the growth of rice seedbed, and its inhibition increased with the increase of concentration.4.Adding different concentrations of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to S-metolachlor and Dicamba had significant detoxification effect on rice, and the detoxification effect improved with the increase of concentrations of safeners.5.Adding different concentrations of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to S-metolachlor and Dicamba promoted the activity of CAT,SOD,POD and NR in rice seedlings and the effect was enhanced with the increase of safeners concentration. On the 7th day,the CAT activity increased by 55.96%-63.31%,the SOD activity increased by 47.955%-50.52%,and the POD activity increased by 99.12%-102.41%.On the 7th day,AD-67 increased the activity of NR enzyme by53.81%-85.93%,and Fenchlorazole increased the activity of NR enzyme by 73.49%-74.53%.6.Adding 30 g,ai./hm~2 AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to S-metolachlor promoted the activity of?-1,3 glucanase of the rice seedling. On the 7th day,AD-67 increased the activity of?-1,3glucanase by 13.00%,and Fenchlorazole increased the activity of?-1,3 glucanase by 3.97%.Adding 150.0 g,ai./hm~2 AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to Dicamba promoted the activity of?-1,3glucanase of the rice seedling. On the 7th day,AD-67 increased the activity of?-1,3 glucanase by28.62%,and Fenchlorazole increased the activity of?-1,3 glucanase by 24.05%.7.After adding different concentrations of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole to S-metolachlor and Dicamba, the activity of GST increased significantly of the rice seedling, and the activity increased with the increase of concentration of safeners. On the 7th day,AD-67 promoted the activity of GST increasing by 40.14%,and Fenchlorazole promoted the activity of GST increasing by 44.44%.It indicated that the safener has an alleviated effect on the phytotoxicity of the herbicide, and as the amount of the safener increased, the GST enzyme activity is also continuously improved.8.Different concentrations of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole have obvious protective effects on the growth of rice in the field. After adding 30 g,ai./hm~2 AD-67 to S-metolachlor,the detoxification effect was best, and after adding 150 g,ai./hm~2 Fenchlorazole to Dicamba, the detoxification effect was best. The use of AD-67 and Fenchlorazole together with the herbicides S-metolachlor and Dicamba at different ratios can effectively reduce the phytotoxicity of herbicides on rice.
