Research On Intensive Utilization Of Cultivated Land In Daqing City

Agriculture is the fundamental guarantee for a country's development,and arable land is a necessary condition for agricultural production.In today's era of accelerating socialist construction,food security is the foundation for ensuring the country's economic development and social stability.Agricultural development cannot leave cultivated land,cultivated land not only brings life security for individual,also provided rich material source.Intensive use of cultivated land is directly related to food security.In the literal sense,under the premise of no increase in cultivated land resources,the purpose of increasing grain yield is achieved.The intensive utilization of cultivated land is directly related to food security and the goal of increasing grain yield.However,the scale of urban construction land continues to expand.Problems such as agricultural land protection and food security are increasingly prominent.The balance of supply and demand between people and land is being broken.Therefore,through research and intensive utilization of cultivated land resources,reasonable adjustment of land distribution of various types and optimization of industrial development can alleviate land conflicts and boost national economic progress.Daqing city has obvious location advantage,located in the central axis of HaDaQi city circle,is a sub-central city of Heilongjiang province,has rich black soil resources,and is an important commodity grain production base.This paper selects 4 counties in Daqing city district 5 as the research area.As most of the index values of four main urban areas such as Daqing city Sartu are similar,and the index values of Datong district are quite different,the four main urban areas such as Sartu are divided into a whole for evaluation when comparing and analyzing.On the basis of full knowing of intensive utilization of cultivated land,using the pressure-state-response(PSR)model,according to Daqing city actual land use present situation and regional features,from the perspective of pressure-state-response to set up evaluation index system,through the entropy to determine weight,using multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and study the Daqing city cultivated land intensive utilization index in nearly 10 years,and by using ArcGIS software,frequency histogram method for 2017 level of intensive utilization of cultivated land resources of Daqing city governs the area county comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of reasonable analysis of evaluation results,the author made corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the study on intensive utilization of cultivated land in Daqing city,and providedbasis for the intensive development of cultivated land in the city.Main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Daqing city has been affected by many factors and the degree of intensification of cultivated land has fluctuated in the past decade.During the period of rapid economic development from 2008 to 2013,with the improvement of agricultural science and technology,the economic benefit of cultivated land was enhanced and presented an upward trend.Among them,from 2008 to 2011,there were fluctuations and changes.In 2014-2017,the total economic needs were reduced,a few farmers pursued economic benefits unilaterally,and excessive application of pesticides and fertilizers damaged the farmland and surrounding environment.In addition,natural disasters occurred,and grain production was affected to a certain extent,showing a trend of fluctuation and decline.Recently,due to the introduction of relevant agricultural policies,the input of agricultural production factors has changed.Therefore,this paper selects the districts and counties under the jurisdiction of Daqing city in 2017 to analyze the spatial difference of intensive utilization of cultivated land.Among them:(2)Pressure index: according to the study area,the pressure index of four main urban areas such as Sartu was 0.2208,and the lowest was 0.0197 in Lindian county,with a difference of 0.2011,showing a significant difference.The pressure index of Daqing city is 0.0427,and there are four districts and counties whose pressure index is higher than the overall level of Daqing city.State index: the highest in Datong district was 0.2420,the lowest in Lindian county was 0.0742,a difference of 0.1678.Daqing city state index is 0.2103,there are three districts and counties higher than the overall level of Daqing city,Daqing city state index is relatively low,the state index of Zhaoyuan county is close to that of Daqing city,besides,four main urban areas such as Sartu,the condition index of Lindian and Dumeng county is relatively unsatisfactory.Response index: according to the response index of the research sample,the highest is 0.3546 in Zhaozhou county,while the lowest is 0.1631 in the four main urban areas,such as Sartu,with a difference of 0.1915.The response index of Daqing city is 0.1690,and five of the response indexes are higher than the overall level of Daqing city,and the response indexes of most districts and counties are higher than the overall level of Daqing city.(3)The comprehensive intensity of cultivated land in each county of Daqing city is determined by the evaluation indexes of pressure,state and response.Judging from the evaluation results in 2017,the difference between the highest Zhaozhou county and the lowest Lindian county is 0.3481.The comprehensive intensity of Daqing city is 0.4220,and four districts and counties in the study area are larger than this value.Generally speaking,the intensity of cultivated land in Daqing city is high in the east,low in the west and north.Among them,low intensity: Lindian county,Dumeng county,This kind of area is lower than Daqing city intensive utilization level,it is necessary to increase the input of production and related production factors of cultivated land resources according to the actual situation,strengthen the application of land remediation,land consolidation and other measures,and improve the quality of cultivated land;Basic intensive: four main urban areas such as Sartu and Zhaoyuan county,the intensive utilization level of cultivated land in this region can obviouslyreflect the average level of Daqing city;High efficiency and intensive: Zhaozhou county,Datong district,the intensive level of cultivated land is higher than that of Daqing city.
