| Maize(Zea mays L.)is one of the main grain crops in China.In recent years,because of the change of the agricultural cropping system,such as non-tillage system,straw returning technology and rotation system,the underground pests(such as wireworm,grubs,black cutworm,etc.)in maize field are becoming more and more serious.At present,the high residual or highly toxic pesticides such as organophosphorus,carbamate and phenylpyrazoleare were used to control underground pests in agricultural production.With the prohibition or restriction of such pesticides,the pesticides for controlling underground pests are scarce.Therefore,it is urgent to develop and screen high efficiency,low toxicity and low residue insecticides as optimal pesticides for controlling underground pests.Chlorantraniliprole is a new insecticide discovered and developed by DuPont,which has unique mechanism,and has high activity against Lepidoptera pests.Studies shown that it has excellent control effect to underground pests in peanut fields.Based on the toxicity of chlorantraniliprole to three kinds of underground pests,screening out the combinations with synergistic activity to these pests.The effects of low lethal doses of chlorantraniliprole on physiological and biochemical indexes,growth and development and population parameters of Pleonomus canaliculatus and Agrotis ypsilon were determined.The comprehensive control effect of chlorantraniliprole on underground pests in maize field were studied.The application prospect of the insecticide by seed dressing in the control strategy of underground pests was comprehensively evaluated.The main results are as follows:1.The LC50 values of chlorantraniliprole against Pleonomus canaliculatus,2nd instar larvae of Anomala corpulenta and 3nd instar larvae of Agrotis ypsilon were 14.8988 mg/L(dipping method),8.9531 mg/L(immersion of the insect body)and 2.7256 mg/L(leaf dipping method).The combination of chlorantraniliprole with lambda-cyhalothrin,chlorfenapyr,chlorpyrifos,emamectin benzoate,spinetoram,thiamethoxam had synergistic effects to Agrotis ypsilon.Combination of chlorantraniliprole with chlorpyrifos,fipronil,thiodicarb,clothianidin,bifenthrin,thiamethoxam,imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin had synergistic effects to Pleonomus canaliculatus and Anomala corpulenta.2.The LC50 value of chlorantraniliprole against Pleonomus canaliculatus was 1.2397mg/kg soil(soil mixing pesticide method)and the dosages of LC10,LC25 and LC40 had significant effects on the nutritional indexes,energy substance content,digestive enzymes,detoxifying enzymes and protective enzymes activities of Pleonomus canaliculatus.3.Chlorantraniliprole has high toxicity to Agrotis ypsilon,and LC500 value is 0.1870μg/g(artificial diet mixed pesticide method).The LC5,LC25 and LC455 treatments could interfere the feeding and digestive ability of Agrotis ypsilon larvae,inhibit the digestive enzyme activity,reduce the energy substance content,induce detoxifying enzyme and protective enzyme activity,and significant impact of Agrotis ypsilon growth and development,fecundity and life table parameters after chlorantraniliprole treatments.4.The results of pot experiments showed that the control effects of Pleonomus canaliculatus were 69.54%and 78.15%,respectively,the control effects of Anomala corpulenta were 73.68%and 80.26%,respectively,and the control effects of Agrotis ypsilon were 74.51%and 81.05%,respectively,after 20 d of chlorantraniliprole applied by seed dressing with the doses of 3,4 g/kg seeds.Meanwhile,the results of field experiments showed that the doses of chlorantraniliprole of 3,4 g/kg seeds had a high control effects to P.canaliculatus with 82.26%and 83.87%,respectively,the control effects on A.corpulenta were 80.39%and 86.27%,respectively,and the control effects of A.ypsilon were 74.51%and81.05%,respectively,20 d after chlorantraniliprole treatments.The field comprehensive control effects of chlorantraniliprole 1,2,3 and 4 g a.i./kg seed were 48.65%,58.11%,66.22%and 75.68%,respectively,21 days after emergence of maize seedlings. |
