Cultivated land is the importance of agricultural production and the basis of human survival.The balance between quantity and quality of cultivated land resources play an important role in stabilizing agricultural production and developing national economy.With the development of social economy,the quantity,quality,attribute and spatial position of cultivated land have changed,which requires us to evaluate the quality of cultivated land in time,maintain the present situation of cultivated land quality and improve the existing cultivated land quality results.Based on LESA system,a comprehensive evaluation model of cultivated land from natural quality and site condition is established in this paper.In this model,the comprehensive evaluation system of cultivated land from natural quality and site condition can be divided into cultivated land natural quality system and site condition system.The indicators of natural quality system include slope,soil organic matter content,the thicknessn of effective soil layer and irrigation guarantee rate.The indicators of Site condition system include land use mode,traffic accessibility,central town influence degree and rural residential convenience.When the ration of a and b is 3:2,correlation is best.The results show that the total area of cultivated land in Huozhou is 21836.59hm~2.The total area of high quality cultivated land of natural quality is 8073.3hm~2.The largest township is Tao Tangyu,with an area of 1857.64hm~2;The area of high quality cultivated land of site conditions is 4200.65hm~2,accounting for 19.23% of the total cultivated land area.In this area,the area of Dazhang Town is the largest,1368.39hm~2,which accounts for 32.58% of the optimum area.The total area of high quality cultivated land of comprehensive evaluation model of natural quality and site condition is 996.00 hm~2,accounting for4.56% of the total cultivated land area.The cultivated land is mainly distributed in Bailong Town,Li Cao Town and Dazhang Town,accounting for 14.84%,26.12% and 29.1919% of the cultivated land area.The total area of low quality cultivated land of natural quality and site condition is 7.29hm~2,accounting for0.03% of the total cultivated land area.The critical value of cultivated land natural quality is 80.The critical value of cultivated land site condition is 70.If LE≥80,SA≥70,the cultivated land belong to real basic farmland area with7394.97hm~2.The cultivated land with LE>80,SA < 70 is classified as potential farmland area.The area is2874.00hm~2.The cultivated land with LE<80,SA>70 is construction land reserved area.The area is7676.25hm~2.The cultivated land with LE < 80,SA < 70 is ecological returning areas.The area is3891.36hm~2.The application of LESA system is in the demarcation of basic farmland,it has been widely also used in the calculation of agricultural land productivity,the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation,and the compilation of land use planning.
