In this study,Jiangquan white pig was used as the test object, and its growth and fattening period was divided into three stages of 15-30 kg,30-60 kg and 60-90 kg.The feed energy level was studied by feeding comparison, digestion and metabolism and slaughtering. The effects of white pig production levels, nutrient utilization, and carcass composition were obtained by linear regression equations for three kilograms per kilogram of weight gain and maintenance requirements. The effect of energy on the performance of Jiangquan white pigs.Thirty-two healthy pigs(boars)with similar health, disease, weight and parity were randomly selected.32 pigs were randomly divided into four energy-concentrated diets. One test group had 8 pigs and one pig.As a repetition.Feeding 4 energy gradient diets in the three stages of the sub-conservation period(15-30 kg),growing season(30-60 kg)and fattening period(60-90 kg),ensuring the rest of the diet during the whole experimental period. The proportion of nutrients is unchanged. The results showed that the energy level of the diet had a significant effect on the daily gain, daily feed intake and feed-to-weight ratio of Jiangquan white pigs(P<0.05).When the energy concentration of the diet increased, the daily gain increased gradually,at110%.The maximum value is reached during the gradient;the feed intake is gradually reduced, reaching a maximum at 80%of the recommended amount;the feed-to-weight ratio is gradually reduced, reaching a minimum at the 110%gradient.The effect of energy on the nutrient utilization rate of Jiangquan white pigs. The feces and urine of the test pigs were collected at 78-88 d,144-154 d and 214-224 d of the feeding test, and the components were measured for comparison and comparison of digestibility and metabolic rate. The results showed that the energy concentration of the diet had a significant effect on the apparent digestibility of nutrients(P<0.05).In the 15-30 kg and 30-60 kg stages, the apparent digestibility of dry matter and three organic substances decreased significantly when the energy concentration decreased(P<0.05).When the energy level was reduced from60 to 90 kg,the apparent digestibility of the three organic substances and CHO was significantly lower(P<0.05).Different energy gradients had significant effects on the energy utilization rate of Jiangquan white pigs(P<0.05).As the feed energy decreased, the total energy digestibility and total energy metabolism rate of the three stages decreased significantly(P<0.05).The effect of energy on the slaughter performance of Jiangquan White Pig.After the feeding test, the test pigs were bled to death, and the carcass components were sampled. The results showed that the energy level in the diet had no significant effect on the length of the corpus callosum, the length of the corpus callosum, the lean meat rate, the skin thickness, the bone rate, the skin rate, the proportion of the oil and the eye muscle area of??the Jiangquan white pig, with the energy in the diet. The increase, significantly reduced backfat thickness, slaughter rate, fat rate, reached the maximum at 110%,110%and 100%of the recommended amount;different energy levels in the diet will not affect the liver and heart of Jiangquan white pig, lung, spleen, kidney, small intestine and large intestine(P>0.05),when the digestive energy decreased, the gastric organ index increased significantly(P<0.05);the dietary energy gradient had a significant effect on carcass composition, when the diet When the middle energy level decreased, the water, protein and ash content of the fresh carcass increased significantly(P<0.05),and the EE content decreased significantly(P<0.05).The fat-free sample and the fat-free dry matter carcass decreased when the energy concentration decreased. At the time, the protein content decreased significantly and the ash increased(P<0.05).The energy content of the diet had a significant effect on the energy content of each part of Jiangquan white pig(P<0.05).When the energy concentration in the diet decreased, the proportion of energy contained in lean meat and internal organs increased significantly(the proportion of whole carcass).P<0.05),the energy contained in the fat accounted for a significant decrease in the overall energy specific gravity(P<0.05),and the energy contained in the skin and hair accounted for the first time and then became larger(P<0.05),80%of the recommended amount.Reaches the maximum value.Study on the energy requirement of Jiangquan White Pig.According to the combined results of feeding, digestion, metabolism and slaughtering experiments, the linear regression equation was obtained by using the energy intake of each of the 8 pigs as the dependent variable and using the average daily gain of each of the 8 pigs as the independent variable:1530 kg:GEI=1653+3888DG(r=0.9854)DEI=1395+3268DG(r=0.9862)MEI=1302+3044 DG(r=0.9254)3060 kg:GEI=2988+4420 white pig at a certain stage(the average of the initial weight of the stage and the end of the stage)was used as the metabolic weight, and the linear equation of total energy, digestive energy and metabolic energy requirement of the three experimental stages of Jiangquan White Pig was made..The net energy is obtained by summing the net energy of deposition(the energy deposited in the carcass)and maintaining the net energy(the efficiency of metabolizing energy into metabolizable energy is 0.73):1530 kg:GER=160 W0.75+3888 DG;DER=135W0.75+3268 DG;MER=126 W0.75+3044
