This paper searched the way of improving electrolysis efficiency of electrolytic cell,by researching the effection theory with the addition of magnetic field,and building analysis model about electrolysis efficiency,in order to settle problems such as low efficiency in the process of generating the water and scaling on electrode in current equipments.Making the applicance of producing magnetic field and carrying out the test on magnetic field intensity.The sigle factor test and CCD test were designed to explore the optimum condition of producing electrolyzed water.With the adoption of several ways such as sealing,shading and inletting O3,the best solution was assured for water storage.A series of uniform and contrast experiments were carried out to analyze the factor impacting the attenuation of ACC with the process of spraying in livestock house.The study results are as follows:?1?The magnetic field has influence on the overpotential of resistence,electrochemistry and concentration difference.The field plays a role in disturbing ion in electrolyte,which improves the electrolysis efficiency of cell.?2?The intensity of magnetic field and concentration of electrolyte have significant impact on ACC,ORP,pH value and conductivity?P<0.05?.The rate of flow has significant impact on ACC,pH value and conductivity?P<0.05?.The decomposition voltage has only significant impact on conductivity?P<0.05?.With practical conditions considered,four parameters can be determined as follows:decomposition voltage with 24 V,magnetic field intensity with 600 mT,concentration of electrolyte with 1.70g/L,rate of flow with 134.57 L/h.By adding magnetic field,the electrolysis efficiency of cell is increased by 8.33%,and the price of generating the water has been reducted.?3?The four indexes?ACC,ORP,pH value and conductivity?are all kept in high levels by half month under the storage condition of sealing,shading and inletting O3.?4?The two main factors making the attenuation of ACC in the spraying process are nozzle diameter and interaction between initial ACC and air relative humidity in sheep house.Under practical application,proper values of the two factors are as follows:initial ACC with 125 mg/L,the diameter of nozzle with 100?m,and air relative humidity in house should be increased properly meanwhile.
