The purpose of the experiment was to study the application of compound preparation of Yeast,Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis cultures(three bacteria cultures)and anion on production of weaned piglets,so as to provide reference to the application of no anti-feed additive in the production of weaned piglets in the future.The experiment was divided into two parts:Experiment 1:Screening of rice bran culture by Bacillus subtilis fermentationThe purpose of the experiment was to determine the optimum conditions for Bacillus subtilis fermentation of rice bran culture.In this experiment,rice bran was used as fermentation substrate,Bacillus subtilis was selected for fermentation.The optimum fermentation conditions were determined according to the number of live Bacillus subtilis in rice bran determined by spread plate method.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for rice bran addition amount was 35 g,the inoculum was 6%,the amount of culture medium was 50 mL,the fermentation time was 48 h,the temperature of fermentation was 37 0C.Experiment 2:Effects of compound preparation of three bacteria culture and anion on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets40 weaned piglets of the 28 days of age and healthy,weighing 8.17±0.78kg were selected as experimental animals,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the completely random principle.Each group of piglets was divided into half males and half females,with 5 replicates in each group.Weaned piglets in the control group were fed with basal diet,while weaned piglets in the experimental group were fed with 0.5%compound preparation of three bacteria culture and anion+basal diet.The experimental period was 49d,the pre-feeding period was 7d,and the formal experiment was 42d.The experiment was divided into two stages according to the staged refueling of weaned piglets.The first stage was 1~14d,and the second stage was 15?42d.Weaned piglets were weighed on an empty stomach on the 1st,14th and 42nd days.Fecal samples were collected on the 13th and 41st days.Blood was collected on the 42nd day.The results show:(1)On the growth performance:Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of piglets in the experimental group was significantly increased in the first and second stages and the whole experimental period(P<0.01),the feed weight ratio of piglets was significantly reduced in the first stage and the whole stage of the experiment(P<0.01),the number of Lactobacillus in the intestinal tract of piglets in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of Escherichia coli was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate of piglets in the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),thus improving the growth performance of piglets.Serum growth hormone,insulin and thyroxine levels of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),serum somatostatin levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01),growth and development of piglets were improved.(2)On nutrition metabolism:Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude ash of piglets in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the digestibility of crude protein was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),which improved the utilization rate of piglets to feed.Serum total protein and albumin levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),cholesterol and serum urea levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05),triglyceride levels were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and protein and lipid metabolism were improved.(3)On immune performance:Compared with the control group,serum immunoglobulin A,white blood cell,lymphocyte content and lymphocyte percentage of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),serum immunoglobulin G content increased significantly(P<0.01),and the immune performance of the piglets was improved.(4)On antioxidant capacity:Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity and catalase content of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.01),the contents of glutathione-peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in serum of piglets were significantly increased(P<0.05),thus improving the antioxidant capacity of piglets.In summary:the compound preparation of three bacteria culture and anion can effectively improve the growth performance of piglets,improve the immunity and antioxidant capacity of piglets,and promote the growth of piglets.
