Six of Small-tail sheep 2 to 3 year's old,with body weight 48.3 kg±5.6 kg,were fitted with permanent rumen fistula,and were fed to the crushed corn straw,which accounted for about 70%of the diet.A total of four trials,each pre-trial period of 18 days,the official period of 3 days.In each period of two times a day by the 0,1,3.0 mL/kg rations will be diluted formalin mixed into a mixture of raw materials to feed sheep(treatment of 1,2,3)and a one-time oral aerosol OT prepared to remove the protozoa sheep(treatment 4).In each experiment,two treatments were carried out for each of the two sheep,and the other two were treated with a sheep,so that each of the treatments was n=6.In the trial period after feeding every day 0,1.5,3,5,7,10 hours to take rumen fluid,determined the count of protozoa and bacteria in tumor gastric juice,count of fungi PCR,determination of ammonia nitrogen and VFAs,cellulase and other digestive enzyme activities.The study effects of different doses of Faure Marin,partial elimination of protozoa and Fauna-free on voluntary intake,rumen microbial number and activities of digestive enzymes of sheep.Results indicate that the oral 0,1.0,3.0 mL formalin/kg diet and expelling parasite the dry matter intake in each group was1253.3±236.0,1440.2±101.8,1167.9±84.9 and 1046.7±68.1 g/sheep/day respectively.The Ammonia nitrogen concentrations were 22.2±2.8,19.9±1.3,19.4±2.1 and 17.1±2.2 mg/100 mL respectively.The VFAs concentrations were 96.11±7.67,97.95±6.32,87.51±6.07 and 89.92±7.77mmol/L respectively.The total numbers of protozoa were 9.54±0.30,3.88±0.24,0.65±0.12×10~5/mL and not detected respectively.The total numbers of bacteria were 96.8±9.6,136.6±4.6,88.8±10.2 and178.5±20.9×10~9/mL respectively.The Fungi copy numbers were 5.20±2.23,6.06±2.76,6.42±2.52 and7.18±2.00×10~7/mL respectively.The endocellulase(EndoE)activity were 24.44±2.25,29.96±2.90,20.87±2.40,17.73±2.05 mmol/(mL·min)respectively(The following enzyme activity units are the same).The exocellulase(ExoE)activity were 22.96±1.89,26.52±2.00,17.47±1.62,17.17±1.62respectively.The cellobiase(CBE)activity were 12.04±1.35,14.45±0.77,8.95±0.69 and 8.88±0.78respectively;The xylanase(XE)activity were 169.71±0.57?168.99±0.57,168.91±0.70 and169.54±0.69 respectively.The pectase(PecE)activity were 185.03±3.12,162.83±3.49,164.70±3.99 and179.94±4.31 respectively.The amylase(AE)activity were 27.64±2.36,31.02±2.54,31.87±2.20 and33.13±2.29 respectively.The protease(ProE)activity were 7.88±0.83,6.14±0.55,4.10±0.28 and6.13±0.46 respectively.Research shows that sheep oral 1.0 mL/kg diet formalin free intake increases,reducing the number of protozoa,rumen ammonia,PecE and ProE activity,the total number of bacteria,fungi,EndoE,ExoE copy number and CBE activity increased.The contents of ammonia nitrogen,VFAs,protozoa,number of bacteria,EndoE,ExoE,CBE,PecE,ProE and XE were decreased and the fungal copy number,AE activity increasedin the rumen of 3.0 mL formalin/kg diet.When the fauna-free voluntary intake was reduced,the contents of ammonia nitrogen,VFAs,protozoa,EndoE,ExoE,CBE,PecE and ProE were decreased,while the number of bacteria,fungal copy number and AE activity were increased.From the above conclusions,EndoE,ExoE and CBE activities were the most correlated with sheep voluntary intake,were 0.994,0.897 and 0.901,respectively,while the number of rumen fluid bacteria,protozoa and fungi,AE,PecE,XE and ProE activity Sheep voluntary intake is less relevant.
