Straw Returning Ecological Value:Estimate?Spatialtemporal Differences And Support Policies

With the construction of ecological civilization mentioned in parallel with the other four constructions,environmental problems have received unprecedented attention.The comprehensive utilization of straw in rural areas has become a hot topic in China since 1999 when the country introduced the policy of banning open burning of straw.Straw returning to the field is the main way of straw comprehensive utilization at present,which contributes to agricultural green production and rural ecological environment improvement.So,straw returns the contribution of the field to reflect in where? How much is the ecological value of returning straw to the field in China? How are these values distributed over time and space? Obviously,answering these questions will not only help the public to correctly understand the value of straw mulching,but also help improve the scientific nature of straw mulching policy and smoothly promote the green development of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the review and comb the straw returned,ecological value,etc,on the basis of relevant research literature,to build the value measure of straw counters-field ecological system,the use of 1999-2017 China's rice,corn,wheat,and soy crop of panel data,to measure the ecological value of the straw returned,and carries on the space and time and convergence analysis,finally discusses the influence factors of farmers straw counters-field behavior,get the following conclusion:First,from 2000 to 2017,the ecological value of straw mulching in China decreased first and then increased.In terms of crop types,the change trend of time series of maize and wheat is similar to the overall ecological value,while the change fluctuation of rice and legumes is not obvious.From a regional perspective,except for the southeast and southwest regions,the remaining four regions show an upward trend in time distribution.In terms of the contribution rate of climate regulation,the proportion of the ecological value of straw mulching in each region is decreasing.Second,the regional difference of the ecological value of straw mulching in China is obvious.For the source of the overall difference,the overall difference mainly comes from the difference within the region.Among them,the regional difference in north China is the largest,and the regional difference in northeast China is the smallest.After 2017,the overall gap has a tendency to continue to expand.The ecological value of straw mulching in China is correlated with spatial error,but the convergence rate is slow.Third,the results of the research on the influencing factors of farmers' straw returning behavior show that the importance of publicity policy,the importance of subsidy policy and the implementation of policies and regulations can effectively promote farmers to return straw to the field;villages with village rules and regulations The more likely farmers are to return the straw to the field.Men are more likely to use straw to return to the field than women.The younger the farmers,the larger the cultivated land area and the larger the social network,the more likely they are to return the straw.The higher the farmer's ecological value is perceived,the more likely it is to return the straw to the field.
