The Loess Plateau as the birthplace of Chinese agricultural civilization,however,is affected by the long-term unreasonable utilization of resources and the significant difference in seasonal distribution of rainfall,which makes the phenomenon of soil and water erosion in this area serious,and forms the special geomorphology of Hilly and gully,and increases the possibility of potential natural disasters such as landslides.Since the implementation of the project of returning farmLand to forest grass in 1999,the contradiction between people-land and grain in the Loess Plateau has become more and more prominent.In order to resolve this contradiction,the Chinese government has implemented trench-building projects in parts of the Loess plateau to increase the cultivated land area while reducing the process of soil erosion caused by poor terrain.However,we do not know what kind of crops are the most suitable varieties to grow in the area.Therefore,in 2016,the Earth Environment Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences carried out field experiments on different crops on the newly built cultivated land in Yan'an,and found that the potato was a more suitable crop for the new cultivated land at present.Therefore,on the basis of this study,4 kinds of excellent potato cultivars in Gansu Province plus 1kinds of local agricultural variety,a total of 5 different varieties of potatoes,two years of field experiments on the new cultivated land in Yan'an,through the determination of different potato indicators,in order to screen out the most suitable potato varieties for local cultivation,In order to carry out local promotion and planting.The results of the study show that:1?In the second year of planting,emergency rate?intercellular CO2concentration?starch?reducing sugar and protein of potato Xiabodi were superior;stem length?net photosynthetic rate?stomatal conductance??PSII?Fv'/Fm'?Fv/Fo and yield of potato Xindaping were superior;transpiration rate?Vc of potato Longshu no.7 were superior;qP?NPQ of potato Kexin no.1 were superior;ETR and dry matter of potato local agricultural variety were superior.There was a positive correlation between different varieties of mineral elements.2?In the second year of planting,emergency rate?stem length?net photosynthetic rate?stomatal conductance?starch?reducing sugar and protein of potato Xiabodi were superior;intercellular CO2 concentration?transpiration rate??PSII?Fv'/Fm'?Fv/Fo and yield of potato Xindaping were superior;qP?NPQ?Vc of potato Kexin no.1 were superior;ETR and dry matter of potato local agricultural variety were superior.There was a positive correlation between different varieties of mineral elements.3?Finally,by using the fuzzy membership function analysis method,we could draw the conclusion that the average membership value of variety Xindaping was the highest,that was,the comprehensive evaluation of its various indexes was the highest,and it was the most suitable potato variety under the newly built cultivated land,which can be considered to be planted and popularized in the local area.
