Investigation And Study On That Main Etiology Of Partial Turtle In Guilin

Aquaculture of turtle is one of the popular special agricultural projects in Guangxi.With the expansion of turtle aquaculture and increase of aquaculture density.The deterioration of aquaculture water quality,the bacterial diseases of turtles and turtles frequently broke out.During the two years from 2016 to 2017,four turtle and turtle farms in Guilin region were continuously followed and investigated,and it was found that the clinical manifestations of sick turtles were mainly listlessness,inactivity,limb weakness,ascites,floor red,floor white,red neck,rot skin disease and rotten tail,and the incidence was as high as 36%.The main antimicrobial agents commonly used in 4 turtle farms are combined with cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium,ceftriaxone sodium,cefminol sodium,ampicillin sodium,levofloxacin,gentamicin,timicacin and furacilin.Sixteen cases with obvious clinical symptoms were isolated from four turtle and turtle farms,and 15 strains were obtained.Based on the biological characteristics of the bacteria,biochemical characteristics and molecular biology methods,namely the 16 srma general sequencing primers ratio on identification,15 strains of bacteria identification results for 6 kinds of bacteria,including 5 strains and 3 in enterococcus strains for heavy moisture single spore bacteria,3 strains of Morgan's bacteria,2 strains of staphylococcus aureus,1 strain of acinetobacter,1 strain of xylose oxidation colorless.Will be 12 antimicrobials,15 strains of bacteria,respectively,namely,cefoperazone sodium shu ba jotham,ceftriaxone sodium,sodium cefazolin sodium mino,ampicillin sodium and piperacillin sodium,levofloxacin,norfloxacin,gentamicin,kanamycin,terramycin,test for m star,fluorine benzene nicol test in vitro bacteriostasis experiment,the results showed that 6 kinds of bacteria sensitive to cefoperazone sodium sodium Shuba jotham,of gentamicin,terramycin,for m star resistance,of ceftriaxone sodium,sodium cefazolin mino,ampicillin sodium and piperacillin sodium,levofloxacin,norfloxacin,kanamycin,fluorine benzene nicol,the sensitivity of the irregular,big differences.It can be seen from the bacteria isolation and in vitro anti-bacterial test results that the bacteria isolated from turtle and turtle farms have certain resistance.Conclusion:1?According to the investigation of 4 turtle farms in guilin,the initial symptoms of the disease mainly include listless spirit,loss of appetite and slowness of movement.The symptoms in the later stage are characterized by partial infection of the tortoise,tail,and extremities.When the condition is more serious,skin,skirt,plastron,and carapace fester will appear.After dissection,you can see these characteristics,such as liver redness,ascites,genital exposure,suspected rot disease,accounting for 56.3%of the overall incidence;some of the turtle's plastron and mouth appear pale,usually within 2 to 3 weeks death.Most of the sick turtles showed anemia,pale abdominal armor,no blood at the time of anatomy,the liver was yellowish,fluid brittle,most internal organs showed blood loss,suspected of white abdominal shell disease,accounting for 18.8%of the overall incidence rate;Some turtles are distributed with white granules of mung bean size.After extrusion,there are yellow-white pus outs.When dissecting,you can see that the tortoise is filled with body fluids,no food in the intestines,redness and inflammation,spleen enlargement and purple,liver,gallbladder enlargement,suspected scabies,accounting for 24.9%of overall morbidity.2?15 strains of 6 bacteria were isolated from 16 cases of dead turtles,5 strains of enterococcus faecalis,3 strains of aeromonas hydrophila,3 strains of morgans,2 strains of staphylococcus,1 strain of acinetobacter xylose and 1 strain of colorless bacillus,and the isolation rate of bacterial infection was 93.8 percent.3?enterococcus faecalis is the main pathogen of bacterial diseases in turtle farms in guilin,with an infection rate of 33.3%.The isolation rate of both aeromonas hydrophila and morgella is 20%,which is also the main pathogen.4?cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium is effective for 15 strains of bacteria,and it is recommended to select this drug for clinical cases.
