At present,China is actively encouraging the development of facility agriculture.Greenhouse as an important part of facility agriculture,has been widely used in China.With the improvement of automation level day by day,crops in greenhouses are no longer planted artificially as they used to be,most of they are automatic mechanized farmed in stead,the automation level of greenhouse has become one of the important indicators to measure the level of agricultural science and technology in various countries.As the greenhouse is becoming larger and larger,the transportation of crops is no longer simply relying on human resources.As an automatic equipment,seedbed conveying equipment is getting more and more applicated.The seedbed conveying system in Netherlands,Israel,Belgium and other countries are with high degree of greenhouse automation,through the study of them and combining with the characteristics of greenhouse agriculture in China at the present stage,develop a seedbed conveying system with high automation,convenient arrangement assembly and convenient operation,this is called automatic seedbed conveying system here.This research project is based on the glass greenhouse in Lizhu Town,Keqiao District,Shaoxing and a demonstration base of intelligent agricultural equipment.Through investigation clarify the key points of the design,and obtain the relevant parameters of greenhouse,for the design purpose of automation and conveniencet layout,using modular design method,develop an automatic seedbed conveying system and finish the overall layout.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the use of the greenhouse,combining with the automatic mobile seedbed equipment that has been formed at present,determine the design requirements of the system,then aiming at structure and main dimension parameters of the greenhouse,at the same time,according to the actual situation of its internal layout,complete the overall scheme design of the automatic seedbed conveying system.2.According to the overall scheme of the proposed system,around the two requirements of control automation,convenient installation and layout,use the method of modular design,theoretical calculation design and simulation verification,design of each specific component structure of the whole system detailed,and describe the quick disassembly and assembling method between parts and components in detail,make stress analysis of key components,finally,complete the three-dimensional modeling and layout of the system.3.Make design of control program for seedbed conveying system,the main contents include the selection of the main control elements PLC,programming according to the corresponding system operation flow chart,explaining the main statements in the program in detail.After the writing of program,we should simulate and debug the program,then select the external components involved in the program,finally complete the design of the external circuit.4.Using Flexsim software to simulate the operation process of the whole system,including the transmission and sorting of the seedbed,get the simulation results and analysis,find out the shortcomings,then determine the optimization scheme,repeat the simulation after system optimization,finally obtain the satisfactory optimization results.The automatic seedbed conveying system of greenhouse designed in this paper has the characteristics of high automation,convenient layout,high reliability and simple operation,better meets the needs of the greenhouse.
