Buckwheat is known as the king of five cereals and three healthy food.It is one of the most important medicine and food homologous crops.It has multiple functions of nutrition,health care and medical treatment.In Shanxi Province,especially in poor and poor areas of shanxi,Tartary buckwheat is often used as an idle crop,so the lack of fertilizer is the main factor limiting the growth and development of Tartary buckwheat.To this end,this paper studied the soil nitrogen under different nitrogen levels and the dynamic change of soil enzyme activity,and the soil nitrogen and the relationship of the enzyme activity,to promote the rhizosphere soil enzyme regulation under nitrogen transformation mechanism to provide theoretical basis.This study set up four kinds of processing(CK1 and CK2,N1,and N2),two planted buckwheat varieties: black feng(not desert)and diqing(desert),and respectively in seedling stage,flowering period,mature period plant and soil samples,the plant and yield,the physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity are analyzed,and the main results were as follows:(1)different nitrogen treatments had a certain effect on the growth and yield of Tartary buckwheat.Two kinds of buckwheat plant plant height with the increase of nitrogen present the change trend of lower after increased first,and were highest in N1 processing plant,at the same time,in the three periods under different nitrogen treatment,two kinds of buckwheat plant height difference is shown as: the diqing > black.Two kinds of buckwheat stem diameter increases with the increase of nitrogen,and are processed in N1,N2,reached the maximum when the stem diameter,and under different nitrogen treatment in three periods,two kinds of buckwheat stem diameter does not exist significant differences.Two kinds of buckwheat leaf area increases with the increase of nitrogen,and are processed in N2 at maximum leaf area,under different nitrogen treatment in three periods,two kinds of buckwheat leaf area difference is shown as: black feng > diqing.There was no significant difference in the 1000-grain weight between the two kinds of Tartary buckwheat.(2)different nitrogen treatments had a certain effect on the physical and chemical properties of Tartary buckwheat rhizosphere soil.1)two kinds of buckwheat rhizosphere soil pH and decreased with the increase of n application rate,Eh increases with the increase of nitrogen,soil moisture content with the increase of n application basic does not produce change;2)ammonia nitrogen: in seedling stage and flowering period,two kinds of buckwheat rhizosphere ammonia nitrogen content increases with the increase of nitrogen,and reached the maximum when the ammonia nitrogen content in N2 treatment,in the mature period,two kinds of buckwheat rhizosphere ammonia nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen in the change trend of lower after increased first,and when the ammonia nitrogen content in N1 processing to achieve maximum;3)nitrous nitrogen: the nitrate content of the two kinds of Tartary buckwheat soil increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer;4)total nitrogen: at seedling stage,the black feng and diqing rhizosphere soil total nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen,and total nitrogen content in N2 treatment achieved,the largest in the flowering period and mature period,two kinds of buckwheat rhizosphere soil total nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen in the change trend of lower after increased first,and are processed in N1 when maximum total nitrogen content;: 5)alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen in seedling stage and mature stage,black feng and diqing rhizosphere soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content increased with the increase of nitrogen in the change trend of lower after increased first,and are processed in the N1 in alkali solution nitrogen content is maximum.In the flowering period,the nitrogen content of the two varieties of rhizosphere soil increased with the increase of the application of nitrogen fertilizer,and the nitrogen content reached the maximum in N2 treatment.In buckwheat growth and development of three periods,different nitrogen treatment under the condition of two kinds of buckwheat rhizosphere ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen content of dissimilarity,shown as: the diqing > black,and two kinds of buckwheat alkali solution does not exist significant differences between nitrogen content.(3)effects of different nitrogen treatments on the soil enzyme activity of Tartary buckwheat.1)urease: black buckwheat in seedling stage and mature period,urease activity first increased after decreased with the increase of nitrogen,and are processed in the N1 in urease activity reached maximum,at anthesis,urease activity reached the maximum at N2 treatment.During the seedling stage,the activity of urease reached the maximum at N2 treatment,and the urease activity reached the maximum at N1 treatment stage during flowering and maturation.2)ammonia oxidase: the activity of ammonia oxidase in two kinds of Tartary buckwheat rhizosphere soil increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application,and the activity of ammonia oxidase was the largest in N2 treatment.In the three periods,the activity difference of ammonia oxidase in two kinds of Tartary buckwheat rhizosphere soil was expressed as diqing > black abundant.3)nitrate reductase,black buckwheat in seedling stage and mature period,rhizosphere soil of nitrate reductase activity in N2 maximum processing place,in the flowering period,rhizosphere soil nitrate reductase activity in four does not exist significant differences between treatment.Diqing buckwheat in seedling stage,there is no significant difference between four processing,in flowering period and mature period,rhizosphere soil nitrate reductase activity along with the increase of n application rate increased after the first down,nitrate reductase activity in CK2 processing maximum.In the three periods,the activity of ammonia oxidase in two kinds of Tartary buckwheat root soil was diqing BBB 0.4)protease: the protease activity of the two kinds of Tartary buckwheat soil was decreased with the increase in the amount of nitrogen fertilizer.In the three periods,the protease activity of two kinds of Tartary buckwheat rhizosphere soil showed diqing BBB 0.(4)correlation of soil enzyme activity and soil nitrogen in Tartary buckwheat root.In the seedling stage,nitrate and protease at different nitrogen treatment levels were significantly negatively correlated,and total nitrogen was positively correlated with ammonia oxidase and nitrate reductase.At anthesis,ammonia nitrogen under different nitrogen treatments and urease were very significant positive correlation,and ammonia oxidase,nitrate nitrogen and protease were significantly negative correlation,total nitrogen were significantly positive correlation with urease and ammonia oxidase,alkali solution nitrogen and urease were very significant positive correlation,and ammonia oxidase and nitrate reductase was significantly negative correlation;In the mature period,ammonia nitrogen under different nitrogen treatments were very significant positive correlation with urease,and the nitrate reductase was significantly negative correlation,nitrate nitrogen and ammonia oxidase significantly negative correlation,and nitrate reductase,protease,has negative correlation of total nitrogen and urease was significantly positively related,alkali solution nitrogen were very significant positive correlation with urease.
