Objective:To provide theoretical data for subsequent research on the molecular mechanisms underlying the immune function of porcine ECR1-like,in this study,we investigated the variability of porcine ECR1-like at the individual level and molecular weight,expression level and immune adhesion.Method:Landrace swine as subjects,blood was collected from the anterior cava sterile and used to prepare red cell suspension.Precipitation and western blot were performed to the molecular weight of ECR1-like;flow cytometry was used to detect the expression level and immune adhesion level of erythrocytes.The statistic software SPSS Statistics V21.0(one-way ANOVA,one-sample K-S test,scatter plot,t test,Pearson correlation analysis and other statistical methods)was used to analysize the experimental data and compare the expression characteristics of ECR1-like and its correlation with immune adhesion functions.Results:From the results,three porcine ECR1-like molecular weight variants were identified as 135 kDa,120 kDa,85 kDa.The molecular weights of ECR1-like were calculated by the standard curves.The actual molecular weightes were identified as 85.280 0.935 kDa(9.09%of the total samples),123.939 2.752 kDa(14.55%)and 136.696 2.028 kDa(76.36%).Different samples' erythrocytes fluorescence intensity(representing the expression levels of CRl-like)were classified into three types at the individual level:low,moderate,and high,with mean fluorescence values of 21.479 0.865(14.583%),27.984 2.218(81.034%),and 36.690 0.058(6.897%);porcine erythrocyte immune adhesion could be classified into three types at the individual level:low,moderate,and high,with mean fluorescence values of 33.897 3.294(34.483%),68.076 12.145(46.552%),and 129.232 8.143(18.966%).There was a significant correlation between erythrocyte adhesion level and CR1-like expression level(r = 0.835,P<0.01),and regression analysis showed that both variables obey a classical S-shaped curve(Iny = 7.817-102.911x,r2 =0.729,P<0.01)Conclusion:Under natural conditions,the distribution of CRl-like membranes in Landrace of different individuals is quantitatively polymorphic,and the molecular weight of the protein possesses expression polymorphism.
