Apis carana cerana is a unique bee species resource in China.It not only provides people with nutrient-rich bee products,but also helps pollination of crops and promotes the development of agriculture.With the implementation of national policies,the development of bees used in crop pollination in China has been developing rapidly in recent years,.Hainan is no exception.In the application of Daejeon black melon,facility cantaloupe,etc.,Apis carana cerana has made reremarkable progress in pollination,and the technology is very mature.The research team of the author conducted a systematic study on the occasional occurrence of bee poisoning in the process of pollination technology promotion,providing the necessary foundation for safe and healthy aquaculture of pollinating beesIn this experiment,Apis carana cerana was used as the research object,and three methods of contact with pesticides during body pollination during the field pollination(physical contact,feeding contact,plant contact)were studied.The thiamethoxam and its four compound preparations were collected for Apis carana cerana collection.The toxicity of bees,and the sublethal doses of these agents on the flight behavior of Apis carana cerana and the activities of glutathione S-transferase(GST),catalase(CAT)acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and in vivo,The research results are as follows:1.Determination of three exposure toxicity of thiamethoxam and its compound preparations to Apis carana cerana:Three methods and five agents significantly reduced the lethal time(LT50)of Apis carana cerana collecting bees.The mortality of the treatment group was compared with the control.The difference was significant(p<0.001),and the thiamethoxam mixture was more toxic to Apis carana cerana than to thiamethoxam.(1)The results of direct spray contact test showed that the lethal time(LT50)of the five insecticides was 25%thiazide isoprocarb WP(1.23 h),and 25%thiazide pyridone wettability Powder(2.92 h),40%chlorfenidil and thiamethoxam water dispersant(3.52h),30%thiampho-chlorine suspoemulsion(4.8 h),25%thiamethoxam water dispersant(6.5 h).(2)The results of the contact test of the film feeding showed that the lethal time(LT50)of the five insecticides was 25%thiazide·isoprocarb WP(2.146h),25%thiazide·pyridone Wettable powder(7.82h),40%chlorantranil and thiamethoxam water dispersing agent(LT50 is 2.0h),30%thiamphino high chlorofluorofluoride suspoemulsion(9.19h),25%thiamethoxam water dispersing agent(17.2)h).(3)The results of plant contact test showed that the lethal time(LT50)of the five insecticides was 25%thiazide isoprocarb WP(6.77h),and 25%thiazide·pyridone WP.(8.34h),40%chloranthelm thiamethoxam water dispersant(6.75h),30%thiaperidone/chlorine chlorosuspension emulsion(7.51h),25 thiamethoxam water dispersing agent(8.89h).:2.Using the self-made bee tower,the effect of thiamethoxam and its compound preparation on the flight force of Apis carana cerana was studied by observation and recording method.Taking the concentration of thiamethoxam 200?g/L as the reference dose,1/100 of the recommended dose of 25 thiamethoxam water dispersing agent in the field,1/60,40%of the recommended dose of 30%thiamphoni·HCI suspoemulsion in the field.The recommended dose of chlorantranil and thiamethoxam water dispersant is 1/200 of the field,25%of the recommended dose of thiacilidone and pymetrozine wettable powder in the field,1/75,25%of the recommended dose of 25%thiamethoxazole/isoprocarb WP.The 1/180,respectively,treated the bees,and after 24 hours,measured the flying force toward the light source and the flying force of the free fall.The results showed that the sublethal dose of thiamethoxam and its compounded preparations had no significant effect on the upward flight force of the Apis carana cerana and the flight force of the free fall,but the bee at the bee tower light source(120 cm)and the bottom of the bee tower(0 cm).There was a significant difference in the number(P<0.05).3.Using enzymatic experimental research method,sublethal dose of thiamethoxam and its compound preparations on glutathione S-transferase(GSTs),acetylcholinesterase(AchE)and catalase(CAT)of Apis carana cerana influences.The sublethal dose of thiamethoxam and its compound preparations were treated with Apis carana cerana to collect bees for 24 hours,25%thiamethyst,isoprocarb WP,25%thiamethyst,pymetrozine wettable powder,40%chlorfenidyl The activity of GSTs in the bee collected by the Chinese honeybee was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The AchE activities of the bees collected by CApis carana cerana in the five drug treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CAT activities of the bees collected by Apis carana cerana in the five drug treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
