According to the fertility characteristics and growth rules of rice,it is of great significance to grasp the water and fertilizer management during the growth period of rice and the application of pesticides and plant growth regulators. In this paper, the cold japonica rice DN-425 and DN-427 were used as materials to study different technical measures for cold rice japonica stem stalks through different fertilization, water management, growth regulator and herbicid and concentrations.Effects of dynamics, photosynthesis, dry matter accumulation, quality and yield. The main findings are as follows:1.Under intermittent irrigation,DN-425 rice began to divide till the first, and the peak number of tillers was the highest, which was significantly higher than the rainwater mode and the water layer irrigation mode.DN-427 has a slower tillering speed under intermittent irrigation, but the peak number of peaks is the highest, which is significantly higher than the rainwater self-supporting mode and the water layer irrigation mode. The three water treatments promoted the tillering effect: intermittent irrigation > water layer irrigation > rainwater autotrophy, and DN-427 had stronger tillering ability than DN-425.During the same growth period, the dry.Intermittent irrigation can improve the appearance quality of rice, while water layer irrigation can reduce the appearance quality of rice.Jingmi rate and gel consistency of DN-427.The yield of japonica rice in coldland under intermittent irrigation and aquifer irrigation was significantly higher than that in rainwater.Under the same water treatment, the yield of DN-425 was higher than that of DN-427,but the growth potential of DN-427 under intermittent irrigation was higher than that of DN-425.2.With the increase of the proportion of nitrogen applied to the base fertilizer, the tillering speed of the japonica rice in the cold land increased rapidly, and the number of tillers increased. The nitrogen application rate at N6:2:2 was the most obvious for rice tillering. At the heading stage of rice, the chlorophyll content of DN-427 was significantly higher than that of the other two treatments under the treatment of 5:2:3 and 4:2:4.At the maturity stage, the ratio of nitrogen application to chlorophyll content. The effect of the effect was significant. When the leaf area index was at the booting stage,N6:2:3 treatment was the highest, the leaf area index reached the maximum at the heading stage, and the N6:2:3 treatment was the highest. At each growth stage, rice had the lowest dry matter weight under N3:3:4 treatment, and N6:2:2 treatment was higher than other treatments at the heading stage. At maturity,DN-425 had the highest dry matter weight under N5:2:3 treatment, and DN-427 had the highest dry matter weight under N4:2:4 treatment. There was no significant difference in the effects of different treatments on rice amylose.Nitrogen fertilizer mainly affected the yield by affecting the number of effective panicles and the number of grains per panicle, and the effective panicle number and per panicle of the two varieties under N 5:2:3 treatment. The number of grains is the highest.Under the treatment of N 5:2:3 and N 4:2:4,the yields of both varieties were significantly higher than the treatments of N 6:2:2 and N 3:3:4.Among them, the treatment of N 5:2:3 has the greatest impact on the yield.3.Paclobutrazol can improve the appearance quality of rice, reduce the chalkiness and chalkiness of white rice at a certain concentration. When the concentration of paclobutrazol is 100mg/kg-200mg/kg,the tiller of cold japonica rice occurs earlier and the peak number of peaks is the highest. When the concentration of paclobutrazol was 100-200 mg/kg,the roughness, milled rice rate and whole milled rice rate of the two varieties of rice could be significantly increased. When the concentration was 100 mg/kg,the effect on the processing quality of DN-425 was the most significant. At 200 mg/kg,the effect on the processing quality of DN-427 was the most obvious. Each treatment had no significant effect on the amylose content of the two varieties. When DN-425 treated 100 mg/g,the number of effective panicles and grains per panicle were the highest. When DN-427 was treated at 200 mg/g,the number of effective panicles and the number of panicles per panicle were the highest.Different concentrations of paclobutrazol had significant effects on yield. When DN-425 was treated at 100-300 mg/g,the yield was significantly higher than that of the control. When the concentration was 100 mg/g,the yield was the highest,10.9% higher than the control.DN-427 At 100-300 mg/g,the yield was significantly higher than the control, with the highest yield at 200 mg/g,which was 11.3%4.With the increase of the concentration of butachlor, the number of tillers of two varieties of rice decreased. When the concentration was 2500 ml/hm2.The effect of DN-427 on butachlor The sensitivity is greater than that of DN-425.When the concentration of butachlor was 1000 ml/hm2,the number of effective panicles and grains per panicle were not significantly different from the control. When the concentration was 2500 ml/hm2,the yields of DN-425 and DN-427 were significantly reduced, which were 14.1% and 14.3% lower than the control, respectively. At 1000 ml/hm2,the yields of the two varieties were certain.Reduced, but the difference is not significant. Therefore, excessive application of herbicides will reduce the yield of rice, and proper application of herbicides can ensure rice yield when controlling weeds in rice fields.
