The Incidence Investigation Canine Liver Disease And Optimization Of Diagnosis And Treatments Schemes Of Canine Liver Disease

Liver which has complicated structural function is the biggest and the most important organ in canine abdominal cavity.Digested food passes into liver to function firstly after it is absorbed into blood in intestine,and liver is easily injured by diverse pathogenic microorganism and toxicant in this process which will cause liver diseases.Canine liver diseases are the commonest diseases in pet clinic.As the diagnostic instruments in pet clinic is renewing and developing constantly,and with the deeper research for liver diseases,diagnostic assuracy for canine liver diseases has improved greatly.In recent years,the quantity of pet keeping has a sharp increase and the cases of dog liver diseases rise constantly,the difficulty of prevention and cure has also increased gradually.By counting and analysing clinic cases in animal hospital,I summarized the popluar characteristics,occurrence rules and the main causes in dog liver diseases.I also made definite diagnoses for canine liver dieases by clinical examination,blood examination,iconography examination,biopsy,histopathology examination and so on.Canine liver diseases could get fine curative effect mostly by alimentary therapeutic and drug treatment.We should make standardization processes in diagnosing dog liver diseases to optimize the diagnosis scheme,then it will low the possibility of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and it will also improve the accuracy and cure rate in canine liver diseases.It turns out that canine liver diseases account for 14.5 percent(1866/12876)in total cases,including that canine primary liver diseases account for 1.4 percent(182/1866)and canine secondary liver diseases account for 13.1 percent(1684/1866).There are 12876 cases in all which related to 29 canine breeds.From those cases in canine liver diseases,poodle account for 9.7 percent(177/1866)at the most,and secondly gold wool account for 7.9 percent(147/1866),then doberman pinscher and boxer dog just account for 0.05 percent(1/1866).In the 1866 cases of canine liver diseases,the number of dog primary liver diseases account for 5.8 percent(109/1866)in autumn and winter season,and the proportion of dog secondary liver diseases is the 50.9 percent(944/1866)in the same season.In age,the quantity are the most beyond seven and those cases account for 32.5 percent(606/1866)in the total liver cases,then is the age below one years old which account for 15.3 percent(286/1866)and the age from three to four is the minimum which account for 6.0 percent(112/1866).The common causes of canine primary liver diseases are nutrition metabolism diseases which account for 3.2 percent(59/1866),while the common causes of canine secondary liver diseases are also nutrition metabolism diseases which account for 38.5 percent(648/1866).The female to male ratio of canine primary liver diseases and canine secondary liver diseases is 1.46:1 and 1.51:1 separately.Meat bone as the main food on dog diet everyday is the most common cause of liver diseases which accounts for 41.5%.In summing up the new diagnostic method of familiar dog liver diseases,there are biopsy,CT detection and so on.Through analysis and summary in the typical cases,building the standardization process of dog liver diseases’ diagnosis,then applying this process to 329 clinical cases of dog liver diseases.In this way,diagnostic accuracy could reach 94 percent while the cure rate could be 92 percent.Obviously the effect is remarkable.So popularizing standardization process of dog liver diseases actively,optimizing the diagnosis scheme,strengthening the nursing and prevention of dog liver diseases and building comprehensive prevention measures could lower the liver diseases’ rate of disease and recurernce.
