Mechanization Of Peanut Harvest And Its Influence Factors In The Typical Production Areas Of China

Peanut is an important economic crops and oil crops in China and world.The scale and production of peanut in China has been ranked the top in the world for many years.But,the mechanization level of peanut harvest was only 33.91% in 2016,and there was a clear gap between America and other countries.In order to find out the main reason that hinders the development of peanut harvesting mechanization in China,combination with the Development Plan “Development of the intelligent oil crop harvest technology and equipment”(2016YFD702100)carrying out.The main peanut producing areas in Liaoning,Henan,Shandong,Guangdong and Sichuan provinces were selected as the research objects.Based on literature review,field research and expert questionnaire of national peanut industry system.The mechanization of peanut production and harvesting was carried out.Analysis development environment and planting pattern.The AHP model is used to calculate the factors that restrict the harvesting mechanization of peanuts in China are analyzed and sorted.The main influence factors are analyzed,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis the present situation and development process of peanut production and harvesting mechanization in the world.The research status of mechanized harvesting mode and mechanical technology of peanut was studied.It will provide some reference for further discussion on the development of peanut harvesting mechanization in China.(2)Based on the analysis of the development of peanut production and harvesting mechanization in China.The distribution of peanut planting and the characteristics of peanut harvesting mechanization in China were discussed.Mechanical principles and characteristics of peanut harvester classification and peanut harvesting methods were analyzed.The peanut planting mode and mechanized harvesting method in the United States and China were compared.(3)Through field investigation of main flower producing areas in Liaoning,Shandong,Henan and Guangdong,etc.The peanut planting patterns,production and harvesting mechanization with significant regional characteristics have been clarified.The mechanized harvest model of local peanuts was analyzed.(4)Qualitative analysis by AHP analytic hierarchy process.The main factors and the importance degree of restricting the development of peanut harvesting mechanization in China are identified from 18 influence factors,such as,harvest machinery price,planting mode,plan configuration,plant morphology,land transfer price,cultivation mode,labor price,mechanical properties of harvested machinery and so on.The results of calculation and analysis show that,harvest machinery price,planting mode,plan configuration are three main reasons restricting the development of peanut harvesting mechanization in China.The weight of them all above 0.1.(4)According to the results of calculation and analysis,from agronomic factors,harvest technology and natural factors,economic factors,market factors aspect analysis the causes of 18 factors.Reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for mechanized harvesting of peanut in typical production areas of China are put forward.
