Object:To study the population structure and soil ecological factors of Lamioplomis rotate?Benth.?Kudo in different degraded grasslands, and to study the Lamioplomis rotate physiological characteristics in different degraded grassland and drought stress in order to clarify the adaptation mechanism of Lamioplomis rotate to degraded grassland. Methods:According to the grading standard of grassland degradation,we set up different degraded grassland grades in the Lamioplomis rotata distribution area of ABa and Seda County of Sichuan Province,Jiuzhi County of Qinghai Province,Maqu County of Gansu Province.Through the Sampling System The population structure of the Lamioplomis rotata grassland in degraded grassland was studied, and the population characteristics were collected and the population size was fitted. The soil physical and chemical characteristics and the difference of ground temperature were determined. The contents of total organic matter and total content of root exudates were determined by GC-MS.The contents of total organic matter and total nitrogen in root exudates were determined by GC-MS.The chloroplast content and leaf micro,The content of the main components was determined by UPLC,the correlation of the Lamioplomis rotata physiological characteristics to the different degraded habitats was analyzed, and the adaptation mechanism of the degraded grassland was explained. The contents of PRO,MDA,SOD,POD,SPr and other physiological indexes were determined by using the kit method by setting up normal group, mild drought, severe drought and extreme drought gradient.Results:1.Lamioplomis rotata taste consistent with the characteristics of the collection population, reflecting the migration of some populations. In the same degraded grade grassland in the same plot, the leaf size?long distance?is the basis of the analysis of the structure of the Lamioplomis rotata taste group. The Lamioplomis rotata flavor has a significant nutrient period and breeding period, and the age level is clear Related. The Lamioplomis rotata taste in the different degraded grassland showed a"bell-type population model"structural characteristics:y=anxn+an-1xn-1?10?+...+a1x+b?2?With the increase of degradation grade, the Lamioplomis rotata was affected by drought stress, fertility stress and thawing stress, and the soil bulk density, water absorption curve,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,water-soluble phosphorus,water-soluble carbon, total carbon, total nitrogen And it is believed that the Lamioplomis rotata strain overcomes the above-mentioned stress problem through the deep root, but the mechanism of its adversity to the degraded grassland is worthy of further study.?3?Extreme degraded habitats had an inhibitory effect on the accumulation of total total C content in total flavonoids. The effect of mild, moderate and severe degraded habitat on the total carbon content was not obvious. There was a good correlation between the total nitrogen content and soil total nitrogen content. In the moderate degraded habitat, the secretion of the Lamioplomis rotata was higher than that in the extreme habitat, and the root exudates under different degraded habitats were worthy of further study.?4?Lamioplomis rotata in the received light reduction and habitat extreme harsh environment, the plant by generating more chlorophyll A,B,in order to improve photosynthesis to maintain growth needs. And in the light of adequate, low degree of degradation of the habitat,by adjusting the chloroplast matrix position to get more light energy. The content of the main ingredient is affected by habitat, and the moderate and severe degraded habitat is beneficial to the accumulation of the main ingredient, and the soil water content is low?severe drought and extreme drought?.?5?With the increase of drought degree, the activities of PRO,MDA,SOD and SPr were decreased under the severe drought stress by increasing the ability of cell osmotic adjustment, resistance and ability to remove free radicals.,Indicating that the Lamioplomis rotataof seedlings decreased resistance. However, due to the limited data, some of the results need further verification. Conclusion:It is consistent with the general nature of the population and at the same time,it is possible to describe the structure of the Lamioplomis rotata group by leaf exhibition distance. The contents of total nitrogen total nitrogen, root exudates and species, chlorophyll content, chloroplast matrix, main component and physiologically active substances were affected by different degraded habitats.Moderate degradation showed a better habitat for Lamioplomis rotata.
