Effect Of Different Pore Types And Rooting Powder On Rooting Of Plug Seedlings In Fruit And Vegetable | | Posted on:2019-02-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:B Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2393330569496677 | Subject:Vegetable science | | Abstract/Summary: | | | In this paper,several different configurations of plug trays and different types of rooting powders were selected.The occurrence and regulation of the root system of fruit and vegetable plug trays under different plug configurations and different types of rooting powders were studied.A new root-control nursery tray was designed.The result is as follows:1.In the scanned root system of tomato,the root system with the root configuration most suitable for natural growth is FD.The D-type plug tray is a smooth conical type with no rooting projections around the plug tray and therefore is not subject to excessive mechanical stress.Among the five types of plug-in configurations,the root-winding phenomenon of the E-type plug tray is very serious,and the root system crosses vertically and horizontally in a narrow space,causing a large amount of root hairs to fall off during the root washing process.2.In root scans of cucumber seedlings,it can be found that the roots of D-type plug trays are typical umbrella structures.In the C-type plug,the total root length and the total root surface area are the largest.In the E-type plug,the shoot quality of cucumber seedlings was the worst when compared with other plug configurations.3.Different types of rooting powders used for watering bottom water have different effects on the regulation of seedling roots.Some rooting powders will limit the growth of the main root and grow thick fibrous roots on the main root.Some rooting powders reduce the restrictions on the main root and induce more fibrous roots.Some directly limit the growth of the root system.In the growth process of tomato and cucumber seedlings,the best performance of the plant’s comprehensive traits was the No.4 treated euphylline life peptide and the No.6 treated rooting powder containing trace elements.4.In the same type and different concentrations of rooting powders,the root system and the quality of seedlings were different under different plug configurations.Taken together,in the tomato seedlings,the comprehensive index of the seedlings was relatively better for the Dtype plug trays,and No.6 for the rooting powder containing the trace element rooting powder 1g: 0.42 L.In cucumber seedlings,relatively comprehensive treatment of seedlings index is.Ctype plug tray,No.3 was treated with 1 μm of 1.7 μL of eugenine plant life peptide and rooting powder.5.Compared with the traditional plug-in tray,the new type of plug tray was treated with water at the bottom of No.1 after the rooting powder containing 1g:0.42 L of trace element rooting powder and No.2 treatment of the rooting powder of 1ml:1.7L of euphylline living peptide.,both significantly increased the overall index of seedling roots. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Pore shape, Root morphology, Regulation, Acupoint plate | | Related items |
