To solve the problem of corn variety mechanized harvest,the characters of corn suitable for mechanization was studied.The aim of this study was to screen out the inbred lines with good traits and the hybrid combinations suitable for mechanized harvesting,it provides reference for realizing mechanized corn harvest.In this experiment,9 maize inbred lines were used as materials,according to the NC?design,there were 36 hybrid combinations,through the stem diameter,the grain depth,plant height,water content at harvesting,ear position,measurement of tassel branch and other indicators the relatively good traits of inbred lines and hybrid combinations were screened out;then carries on the dehydration rate,physiological maturity water content,grain filling rate,harvest time of traits such as multiple comparison analysis,correlation analysis,combining ability and genetic parameters.The main results are as follows:1.The characteristics of stem diameter,water content at harvesting,plant height,tassel branch,ear position and grain depth of 9 inbred lines and 36 hybrid combinations were analyzed:the inbred lines is composed of shen nong60018,shen nong60023 and shen nong60368,antagonistic lodging,it can reduce plant height and ear position,reduce the number of branches in male ears,increase grain depth,and reduce grain moisture content during harvest;consider SCA effect values,the hybrid combinations are more in line with the standard of harvest are:shen nong60023xshen nong60197,shen nong60023xshen nong60368,shen nong60023 xshen nong50005,shen nong60197xshen nong60368,shen nong60197xshen nong50005,shen nong60368xshen nong50005,The number of branches and water content of male ear should be selected early.2.Through the 6 cross combinations of the straw stiffness and yield related traits,bract traits and cob water content,the dehydration rate,grain filling rate,water content at physiological maturity,water content at harvesting,grain characters of the multiple comparison.The results show that Y704?shen nong50005×shen nong60368?and Y703?shen nong60023×shen nong60197?are suit to mechanical harvest standard.3.According to the result by analysis of correlation,there is no significant correlation between water content at harvesting and straw stiffness and yield related traits,bract width,bract water content,grain filling rate,grain length,grain thickness,there is very remarkable positive correlation between water content at harvesting and bract length?the number of bracts?cob water content?water content at physiological maturity?seed capsule thickness and andtohile c4ocdoen.h btye Bwydnrt.aa tiTohnectoerm c poanrrea tiesritne?rgn egtt,htehmraa eG dCeAhirnk awbilde t hne?gpatriovtyedffreatcito onf rtee icnahtee o,cr stgrraaiwntgrraaiwn roenltaetinot n?sftii bsteatrwcehlflfinnegs sr aatnee cno,d nw wyiaetletaetnetr.d cr orc%ntenteolantteedn€?att tra harati tps,vestingh ybsriaoclto tg andriacitasliacitasl maturity,water content at harvesting,grain characters,quality characters in 4 inbred lines,it is conclude that the inbred line shennong60368 is the best parent,shen nong60368 as the parent is expect to mechanized harvesting combination.5.By comparing the SCA effect of the straw stiffness and yield related traits,bract traits and cob water content,the dehydration rate,grain filling rate,water content at physiological maturity,water content at harvesting,grain characters in 6 hybrid combinations,it is find that Y703 and Y704 are suitable for mechanized harvesting standards.6.The genetic parameters of suitable harvest characters in 6 hybrid groups were analyzed:ear rows,line grain number,bracts layer,water content of cob,dehydration rate,moisture content when physiological maturity,water content when harvested,grain length,grain width,grain thickness,peel thickness,protein content and starch content are mainly the additive effects of genes,the selection of these traits should be paid attention to when breeding materials suitable for mechanized harvesting.
