1.Wet weight directly reflects the benefit of shellfish breeding enterprises and wet weight is also an important reference index in the selection process. The shell length?l1/mm?,shell height?l2/mm?and shell width?l3/mm?of 100 Crassadoma gigantean?age of 6 months and 18 months?were measured respectively in order to study the effect of external form on wet weight?w/g?,and the results showed that the correlation coefficients of all the measured data reached a very significant level?P<0.01?through the stepwise regression method.Shell height has the greatest direct effect on the wet weight of the 6-month-old Crassadoma gigantea, the shell width is the second, the direct path coefficient of the shell length to wet weight is not significant?P>0.05?;the shell length has the greatest direct effect on the wet weight of 18 months of Crassadoma gigantea, the shell width is the second, the direct path coefficient of the shell height to wet weight is not significant to the wet weight?P>0.05?.The determination coefficient is consistent with the results of the path analysis. The regression equation of the external morphological characters and wet weight of 6 months and 18 months of Crassadoma gigantea was established by method.6-month-old:w=-6.406+0.277l2+0.179l3,R2=-0.846;18-month-old:w=-11.525+0.419l1+0.927l3,R2=0.925.This study provides basis for selecting breeding and determining seedling time for Crassadoma gigantea.2.We detected the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea larvae antioxidant enzymes activity:SOD activity,CAT activity,T–AOC activity?superoxide dismutase activity, catalase activity, total antioxidant capacity?changes through raising temperature from the low temperature?5?,10?,15?,20?,25??,to explore the influence of temperature change the antioxidant enzymes activityon the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantean larvae. The SOD activity was significantly lower than that of the other groups?P<0.05?in 5?,the CAT activity was no significant difference between groups?P>0.05?,the T-AOC level was the lowest significantly below15?,25??P<0.05?.The SOD and CAT activitywas no significant difference in same experimental time?P>0.05?,the T-AOC activity temperature is significantly higher than the rest of the group?P<0.05?when temperature at 10?,20?.The SOD activity are no significant difference?P>0.05?between groups in 25?,the CAT activity is significantly higher than 5?,10?,15?group?P<0.05?,the CAT activity is significantly higher than 5?,10?,15?group?P<0.05?,the T-AOC level is only lower than 15??P>0.05?.It indicates that the high temperature has a clear inducing effect on the CAT activity in the the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantealarvae, and has a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of T-AOC.The low temperature has a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of T-AOC in the tissue fluid of the scallop. The above results showed that the high and low temperature had a significant effect on the antioxidant enzymes activity of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea larvae.3.Temperature was one of the key factors for the living environment of aquatic organisms, especially for shellfish. The article was studied the effects of temperature on the survival rate and the median lethal time(LT50)of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea, and the effect of temperature stress on the antioxidant enzymes of rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea two different experiments in order to explore the effect of temperature on keeping-alive without water and antioxidant system of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea. The rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea?shell length?49.7±5?mm?at different temperatures?5?and 15??,humidity?moisture treatment, not moisturizing treatment?and oxygen?aerobic treatment, not aerobic treatment?in laboratory was studied survival analysis, analysis of factors affecting the effect of the median lethal time(LT50)in order to investigate the effect of temperature on the survival rate and the median lethal time of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea. Results showed that low temperature, moisture, aerobic treatment can significantly improve the survival rate and the median lethal time of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea?P<0.05?.Effect of temperature on the survival rate and the median lethal time of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea was most significant, followed by oxygen, humidity was the most weakest.Interaction between temperature and humidity, temperature and oxygen significant interaction?P>0.05?,interaction between humidity and oxygen interaction was not significant?P<0.05?in interaction of three factors. It provided an important basis for the determination of the rock scallop Crassadoma gigantea in seedling transportation time.
