With the development of gene chip and breeding technology, genomic selection in plants and animals has become research hotspots in recent years.Genomic selection has been extensively applied to all kinds of economic livestock, due to its high accuracy, short generation intervals and low costs.Based on the previous genetic evaluation results of Inner Mongolia Arbas Cashmere goats, the body weight(~2=0.11)and fiber diameter(~2=0.34)were chosen to perform in this study.Reasonable genome parameters and generation processes were set, phenotypic and genotype data for the two traits in historical and base populations were simulated. Then, different sizes of reference population and validation population were selected from base population progeny.Based on the phenotypic and genotype data obtained from the simulation, the genomic breeding values were estimated by using five genome breeding value estimation methods,GBLUP,BayesA,BayesB,Bayesian Ridge Regression,Bayesian LASSO.The accuracy of genomic selection was evaluated by cross-validation under different marker densities, different reference population sizes and the different numbers of QTLs.The optimal level of key factors affecting the accuracy of genome selection was determined. The results were as follows:1.It was found that the medium marker density microarray(45k)could be used for goat genomic selection using real data in the future.2.The size of reference population of 1080 can obtain greater genetic progress in genomic selection for both fiber diameter and body weight in goats.3.The selection of fiber diameter and body weight will be better when the number of Quantitative Trait Locus(QTLs)were 50.It was speculated that less than 50 key sites have significant influence on fiber diameter and body weight of goats.
