The Effects Of The Fertilization To Antioxidation Of The Jujube Friut

In this experiment,three-factor split plot design were used,to collect and analyze the data of the activity of SOD,CAT and POD enzyme in different growth period,and analyze the enzyme activity of jujube fruit under different fertilizer treatments and the correlation between the indexes.The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of different fertilizer treatments on the antioxidant activity of jujube fruit,find out the optimal fertilization scheme,and provide the basis for exploring the scientific fertilization technology of the mountain jujube tree,and then to promote the development of the local industry.The main results are as follows:1.The analysis and comparison of SOD,CAT,POD activity of Junzao,Muzao and Goutouzao at different developmental stages showed that under the condition of one fertilization,the three varieties of jujube showed a trend of increasing in early growth period and decreasing in late maturing with the growth and development of jujube fruit,which was just once fertilization.Under the two and three times of fertilization,three varieties of jujube showed increasing trend along with the growth and development of jujube fruit,that is,the antioxidant activity of jujube fruit is increasing.2.Comparing and analyzing the SOD activity of jujube fruit,we know that Junzao,Muzao and Goutouzao showed three times fertilization in the year,and the effect of applying organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer was significant.The specific fertilization scheme was once in germination period,flowering period and fruit expansion period,which is 1 kg/ plants each time.3.Comparing and analyzing the CAT activity of jujube fruit,we can see that the three times of fertilization were shown in Junzao,Muzao and Goutouzao,and the effect of applying organic fertilizer was significant,that is,the germination period,flowering period and fruit expansion period,each time 1 kg/ plants,and the effect of this fertilization scheme was remarkable.4.Comparing and analyzing the POD activity of jujube fruit,it was found that Junzao and Muzao showed three fertilization in the year,and the application of organic manure and compound fertilizer showed significant effect.The manure of Goutouzao was three times a year,and the effect of applying organic manure and red date special fertilizer was more significant,that is,the germination period,flowering period and fruit expansion period were fertilized once,1 kg/ plants each time.The effect of the scheme is remarkable.5.Correlation analysis of SOD,POD and CAT of three varieties of jujube fruit was carried out.According to the mathematical model,there was a certain correlation between them.However,different kinds of manure and different varieties of jujube fruit have different relationships,that is,there is no uniform law on the correlation between the activities of the three enzymes,and the causes may include many aspects,and the specific relationship needs to be further explored.
