The mechanization degree is not high in some aspects of agriculture in our country,and the application and promotion of cotton harvester is much lower than that of foreign countries.Cotton-picking machine research and development and production technology and far abroad,and also the cotton-picking machine technology is one of the best American John Deere and Keith two companies,although it can also pick up cotton production machine in our country,but still not in the core technology to realize independent,large difference with the world level.In this paper,the roller part of John Deere 7760 model as the research object,the research introduces the cotton-picking machine roller part of power transmission line and each part of the work to cooperate,then introduces the roller speed and net production rate,the relationship between finally introduces the design principle of the spindle and the spindle speed effects on picking.The digital modeling of the improved drum was carried out,and some corresponding workpieces were designed in reverse,which laid a corresponding foundation for the following modal analysis,fatigue analysis and related vibration test.Modal analysis and fatigue analysis were carried out on the CAM,and the variation of the CAM under the constraint state was studied through modal analysis,and different deformation states at different frequencies were obtained.Got CAM from n-code fatigue analysis software the most susceptible to fatigue damage location and the position of the CAM shortest fatigue life are at the corner of the CAM is the tip of the CAM part,also the shortest life expectancy of CAM conversion,get CAM have quality assurance work time is about 100 days,get CAM should also be further optimized,so as to ensure cotton-picking machine's work efficiency and work quality.Continuous vibration test for CAM and multi-factor screening method,obtained the cotton-picking machine to gather the cotton should be larger frequency startup,the vibration of the optimal conditions for 2 mm in amplitude,vibration frequency for15-20 hz.
