The Influence Of Endophytes On The Resistance Of Barnyardgrass To Penoxsulam

Echinochloa crusgalli is annual herbage,it spreading is inclusive,and it is worst weed in rice field,which will harm to production and quality of paddy.The experiment tested resistance to drugs standard of two plantations of Echinochloa crusgalli,and separated,appraised and cultivated endophytes of ZK₁C?ZK₂C which has high degradation rate,it discussed endophyte's effect to resistance to five fluorine Butachlor of Echinochloa crusgalli.The result of experiment is as follows:It tested two plantations of echinochloa crusgall's resisatnce level to penoxsulam through the whole plant method,the result indicated relative resistance index of relative resistance echinochloa crusgalli is 20.4.After then it separated eight endophytes from resistant Echinochloa crusgalli and sensitive echinochloa crusgalli,test endophyte's degradation rate to penoxsulam by high performance liquid chromatograph,it found that endophyte's degradation rate which separated from resistant echinochloa crusgalli is higher than endophyte's which separated from resistant from sensitive Echinochloa crusgalli,degradation rate of two endophytes of ZK₁C?ZK₂C to penoxsulam is more higher,they reached 44%and42%respectively.Through Medan dyeing,Observation of plate colony morphology and combine rDNA-ITS sequence analysis and construct phylogenetic tree to appraise endophytes of ZK1C and ZK2C,they are penicillium,Talaromyces funiculosus and Talaromyces funiculosus.Backing to plant ZK1C and ZK2C to sensitive Echinochloa crusgalli by presoaking and stem and leaf spray,the result indicated that drug-resistance level of sensitive echinochloa crusgalli was improved after inoculating endophytic bacteria,GR⁵⁰ rose from2.2390 g a.i.Ha^-1 to 14.987 g a.i.ha^-1?13.138 g a.i.ha^-1,,resistance index improved 6.69times and 5.87 times.The article tested antiseptic's effect to echinochloa crusgalli resistance through Endogenous bactericidal agentcyclopropane·azoxystrobin and chunleimeisu to restrain resistant echinochloa crusgalli endophyte,the result indicated that after treatment of two antiseptics,echinochloa crusgalli's resistance to penoxsulam were declined,and effect of propylene carbonate is more obvious than chunleimeisu.The study indicated that endophyte and echinochloa crusgalli have effects on resistance of penoxsulam,ZK1C and ZK2C can improve echinochloa crusgalli's drug-resistance to penoxsulam,hence we can decrease echinochloa crusgalli's drug-resistance to penoxsulam by using Fungicide inhibition or killing echinochloa crusgalli endophyte,and opened new road for preventing and removing echinochloa crusgalli.
