In this experiment,the test materials are five kinds of seedlings of Camellia nitidssima:Camellia hrysanthaf,Camellia euphlebia,Camellia impressinervis,Camellia perpetua,Camellia achrysantha.Through building the artificial shade to change the light environment for the plants' growth,set 4 shading light gradient.determination of C.nitidissima physiological indexes under different shading treatments.The results showed that:(1)With the increase of light intensity,five kinds of seedlings of Camellia nitidssima which leaves relative water content had decreased,the lowest value of relative water content were present in the light of between 73.77%-81.67%,the highest value appeared in 10% light is 85.77-93.16%.(2)With the increase of light intensity,content in leaves of the total amount of chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b had changed,and the trends were different.The change of Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were significantly different.(3)Camellia hrysanthaf and Camellia impressinervis and Camellia achrysantha showed the same changes in soluble protein content under different shade conditions trend,with the increase of light first decreased and then increased,significant changes in pulse.Camellia euphlebia and Camellia perpetuaa which soluble protein content showed the same trend as the full sunlight <40% light <20% light <10% light.(4)The content of soluble sugar in leaves of Camellia hrysanthaf,Camellia perpetua and Camellia achrysantha showed roughly the same trend,as the full sunlight >20% light >40% light >10% light,the soluble sugar content of Camellia impressinervis showed full sunlight >40% light >20% light >10% light show,the soluble sugar content of Camellia euphlebia pulse variable for the trend of full sunlight >10% light >20% light >40% light.(5)Camellia euphlebia,Camellia impressinervis and Camellia perpetua which content of SOD were nearly as light >40% light >20% light >10% light,and the Camellia achrysantha and Camellia hrysanthaf which trend increased with the light intensity increased after the first dropped.(6)Five kinds of C.nitidissima POD activity with the enhancement of light intensity increased and then decreased,the overall trend for the 20% light >10% light >40% light >full sunlight.(7)MDA content of Camellia hrysanthaf and Camellia impressinervis with light intensity decreased and then increased.The content of MDA in Camellia perpetua had generally increased with the increase of light intensity,but the overall content of little difference.MDA content of Camellia euphlebia and Camellia achrysantha were in the 20% light and light conditions to achieve a higher level.(8)The differences of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium content of 5 kinds of C.nitidissima united in leaves which under different light conditions,between varieties and different light intensity,phosphorus content had significant difference.But the interaction between the two was not significant,the rest were significant.(9)5 kinds of C.nitidissima relative conductivity difference trend is different,changes were different.(10)The 4 light intensity of the gas exchange parameters trend were different with reflecting on the changes of different kinds.(11)Using the fuzzy membership function method to evaluate comprehensively of four shading under five kinds of Camellia nitidssima photosynthetic characteristics and physiological indexes,comprehensive ranking of them can be obtained,the overall ranking of different light adaptation is as follows:Camellia euphlebia>Camellia nitidssima>Camellia hrysanthaf>Camellia perpetua>Camellia impressinervis>Camellia achrysantha.
