| In this paper, the effects of lactobacillus fermented soybean molasses on the growth performance, immunity and intestinal flora of tilapia were studied and the fermented soybean molasses in the appropriate amount. In this experiment, soybean molasses fermented with lactic acid bacteria were added to the feed, and 800 healthy tilapia were used as experimental subjects. The initial body weight was 5.50±0.10 g,which were randomly divided into 5 groups(G0,G1,G2,G3,G4)four replicates per group, each replicating 40 fish, the basic feed as the control group G0,adding 0.3%,0.6%,0.9% and 1.2%(G1-G4)fermented soybean molasses the breeding period is 60 days. The results showed that 0.3% fermented soybean molasses could significantly increase the specific growth rate of tilapia(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the mean weight, survival rate and relative weight gain between the two groups(P>0.05).The protein content of 1.2% fermented soybean molasses tilapia was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the o ther fermented soybean molasses and the control group differences(P>0.05).Feeding 0.3% fermented soybean molasses significantly increased the activity of trypsin and pepsin in tilapia(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the addition of 0.3%,0.6% and 1.2% fermented soybean molasses significantly reduced the glutathione peroxidase activity in tilapia serum(P<0.05),while the 0.9% addition group had no significant effect on the glutathione peroxidase activity in tilapia serum(P>0.05).Fermentation of soybean molasses significantly improved the ability of tilapia serum to inhibit hydroxyl free radicals(P<0.05).The activity of lysozyme in serum of 0.3% fermented soybean molasses tilapia was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the other groups and the control group. There was no significant difference in the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of tilapia(P>0.05).0.9% fermented soybean molasses can significantly increase the height of intestinal villi(P<0.05),adding 1.2% fermented soybean molasses to promote the growth of lactic acid bacteria in midgut of tilapia was the best. The addition of 0.6% fermented soybean molasses can effectively inhibit the number of Escherichia coli bacteria in the posterior enteral, and the addition of 0.3% fermented soybean molasses can effectively inhibit the number of streptococcus flora. In conclusion, lactic acid bacteria fermented soybean molasses can promote the growth of tilapia, improve the specific growth rate of tilapia, enhance the digestion and absorption of tilapia, improve immunity and antioxidant capacity and improve intestinal microbial flora. |
