| Cryptophlebia ombrodelta Lower belongs to Cryptophlebiaof Tortricidae in Lepidoptera. The speciesis hidden in the Erythrophleum fordii,it is very harmful to the pure woody forest, and causes the difficulties of the forest establishment. At present, few studies have been done on its morphological and growth development characteristics, which limited the applications of some technologies such as afforestation, and biological control. The present thesis summarizes biological characteristics of C.ombrodelta, the artificial diets of larvae, the effects of different temperatures on the development and reproduction of this species, the scanning electron microscopy of its antennae. The thesis aims to provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention and control of this pest species from the perspective of ecosystem. The main results are as follows:1.The larvae of C.ombrodelta contain 5 instars, mean width of different instars is 0.41,0.61,0.90,1.35,1.81 mm,respectively. The average pupal weight was 28.22 mg,the average pupal length was 9.31 mm,and the average pupal width was 2.51 mm.The average depth of the pore canal was 67.22 mm,the average diameter of the pore canal was 2.52 mm.2.This thesisperformed a research on the artificial diets of C.ombrodelta, and compared the developmental times, survive rate and oviposition of 5 diets on the reproduction of the C.ombrodelta,The results showed that the formula Ⅱ was the best, survive rate and oviposition of C.ombrodelta on prescription Ⅱ was highest. The duration of the lava stage decreased with 19.15 d.The pupa weight increased into 48.57 mg and oviposition per female increased with 53.3 eggs.Compared with the traditional feed formula, this research was beneficial for population growth. All these results mentioned above provide significant technical parameters for rearing a large-scale of C.ombrodelta.3.The present study investidaged the effects of temperature on the development and reproduction of C.ombrodelta.The results showed that the growth of C.ombrodelta could be survived in the range of 18-30 ℃.When the temperature was 18 ℃,21 ℃,24 ℃,27 ℃,30 ℃,respectively.the survival rates of the C.ombrodelta were 41%,73%,80%,84%,66%,respectively.the life of the adults were 3.03 d,12.17 d,11.43 d,8.97 d,7.73 d,theoviposition of per female were 13.90,21.50,39.90,45.40,32.40 eggs, the development threshold temperature and effectively accumulated temperature for the whole generation was 6.13℃,666.67 DD,The most suitable survival temperature ofC.ombrodelta was 25.24 ℃ and the survival rate was 84.78%.4.The ultra structure of sensilla on antenna of both female and male adults ofC.ombrodelta was observed by a scanning electron microscope. The results show that: C.ombrodelta antenna are filiform, seven types of sensilla were found on both male and female, namely sensilla chaetica, sensilla trichodea, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla styloconica, sensilla auricillica, sensilla squamiformia, sensilla basiconica. Most of the antennal sensilla exists in pedicel and flagellum, and most of the sensilla lie on the upper and lower surfaces of the antennae. The main sensilla is sensilla trichodea, with the most numbers and widest distribution on antennae. The study of the antenna sensilla of adults provides the oretical and technical support for exploring pheromone control. |
