With the development of the society,people's living standards continue to improve at the same time the quality of food requirements are also rising.Fruits are essential food for people's health,in order to improve the quality of fruit,the technology of fruit bagging came into being.Fruit bagging is the effective way to improve the appearance quality of fruit,control pests and diseases,reduce pesticide residues.Currently,the technology of fruit bagging is still completed in the manual operation,for the fruit growers,it is a seasonal,time-sensitive work and it is necessary to complete a large number of work within a short time.In order to reduce the labor burden of fruit growing workers,improve the quality of fruit and increase the income of the farmers,it is necessary to research and develop the fruit bagging machinery in consistent with the actual benefits of China,the big country in fruit production.According to the manual operations of fruit bagging,the progress can be divided into five steps: take,hold,set,fold and twist bags.Taking bags and holding bags as a independent part of the process and the key part of the fruit bagging is an important role in the smooth implementation of the fruit bagging.This paper mainly studies the taking bag and holding bag.For the non-string of small and medium sized spherical fruit,it is the purpose to research the apparatus of taking bag and holding double layer bag in the process of fruit bagging,as the premise for follow-up sealing institutions,also as the foundation of artificial auxiliary bagging and fruit bagging equipment's development and application.The apparatus will combine into one of taking bag and holding bag,in order to operate easily,simplify the device,reduce the cost.It is innovate to put forward an bag holding gripper mechanism,the use of transforming link mechanism can be applied to achieve stretching into bags and holding bags,in order to simplify the power source.In this paper,we design a bag taking and holding device,including the implementing agency,paper bag box,auxiliary opening device,drive control system and rack.Put a stack of paper bags into the paper bag box and the paper bag will have an initial opening,in the action of auxiliary opening device to increase the initial opening of the paper bag,in order to facilitate the bag holding gripper go into the bag to achieve bag taking and holding,the XY two-axis timing belt module in the bag taking and holding implementing agency is used to achieve the linear motion in the XY direction of the gripper,to achieve going into the bag and taking and holding bag.The purpose of this paper is to use the black box method to analyze the function of the bag taking and holding mechanism,to find out the optimal technical and physical solution,to carry out the mechanism design and scale design of the executive apparatus;The kinematics modeling,pro /e kinematics simulation were used to analysis the actuator kinematic parameters and the Recur Dyn V7R2 multi-body dynamics simulation analysis software was used to analyze the rigid-flexible coupling simulation of the bag taking and holding system in order to research on the movement characteristics of the implementing agencies and the effect of the paper in the process of taking and holding bag;To design the structure of the bag taking and holding apparatus,and use the SolidWorks software to model and simulate the device to verify whether the device has interference,to design the control system,select the control components and design the hardware and process of the control system;Making the physical prototype and according to different influence factors and levels to take the experimental study on the effect and efficiency of taking bags and holding bags,to record the test data and use SPSS data analysis software to analyze the test results,in order to verify the feasibility of the bagging device.
