| In this study,the effects of PP33333 treatment on the growth and physiological status of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz were studied by observing the characteristics of the germination characteristics of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz seeds treated with different concentrations of PP333,and the effects of PP33333 treatment on the growth and physiological status of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz and the optimal combination of PP333concentration and dipping time was screened.For a period of scientific restoration of vegetation and ecological environment construction sites offer beneficial guidance.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of PP33333 concentration,when the concentration of PP33333 was100mg L-11 at the early stage of seed germination,the number of seed germination was the most,and the cumulative germination rate,germination index and germination potential were the largest.(2)The order of height and first grade branch number of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz plant with different dipping time was 0>0.5>1.5>1>2.The largest and first grade branch number of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz was the largest when treated with different PP33333 concentration.The number of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz Chai base diameter and the number of two branches at different root time were 0.5h,and the size of wood base diameter of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz was not treated with PP333concentration.The order is 50>100>CK>200>150.The order of two branches of PP33333 is200>100>CK>50>150.(3)Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci and WUE were the largest 0.5h in the treatment of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz with different dipping time,and the order of Pn,Tr,Gs and Ci was 50>100>150>200>CK;WUE was 100>50>200>150>CK;.(4)The order of treating Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz qN with different root time was 0>2>1.5>1>0.5.The order of qN of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz with different PP33333 concentration was CK>200>150>50>100.The highest concentration of qP,ETR,PS PP33333 and Fv/Fm was 100mg L-11 when treated with different concentrations.(5)The order of treating Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz POD,SOD,CAT,Chla,Chlb and Chlt at different dipping time was 0.5>1>1.5>2>0.The order of POD,SOD,CAT,Chla,Chlb,and Chlb were 100>50>150>200>CK.When PP33333 concentration was used to treat Pro,MDA and Chla/Chlb,the maximum was 200mg L-1.(6)Through principal component comprehensive evaluation,the most suitable combination treatment for growth and development of Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz was dipping time 0.5h and PP33333 concentration of 50mg.L-1150mg L-1. |
