In this experiment,'Hongyan'strawberry fruit was used as a test material to study cytochrome respiratory pathways by studying the coupling of mitochondria in the inhibition of the respiratory pathway by electron transfer with oxidative phosphorylation and the coupling of electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation in the respiratory pathway.The changes in ultraweak luminescence?UWL?,respiratory metabolism,and energy levels under running conditions were explored to investigate the relationship between ultraweak luminescence and respiratory metabolism,energy levels,and the mechanism of ultraweak luminescence.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The cytochrome pathway and the alternative pathway co-operate and the cytochrome pathway operates alone.With the increase of electron transfer and oxidative phosphorylationcouplinginhibitors2,4-dinitrophenol?DNP?andorthovanadate solution?NaVO4?concentrations,the UWL intensity of mitochondria in strawberry fruit gradually decreases;with electron transfer and Oxy-phosphorylation coupling promoters adenosine diphosphate?ADP?and sodium succinate?C4H4Na2O4?concentrations increased,strawberry fruit mitochondrial UWL intensity gradually increased.It shows that the inhibition of electron transfer and oxidative phosphorylation coupling lead to the decrease of UWL intensity,and the promotion of electron transfer and oxidative phosphorylation coupling will increase the intensity of UWL.2.The cytochrome pathway and the alternate pathway co-operate and the cytochrome pathway operates alone.With the increase of DNP and NaVO4 concentration,the mitochondrial respiration rate,the contribution rate of cytochrome pathway,the contribution of alternation pathway,SDH,CCO,H+-ATPase in strawberry fruit were increased.All decreased,respiratory metabolism showed a downward trend;with the increase of ADP and C4H4Na2O4 concentrations,the above respiratory metabolic indicators increased,respiratory metabolism showed an increasing trend.It shows that the inhibition of electron transfer and oxidative phosphorylation coupling results in decreased respiratory metabolic intensity,and the promotion of electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation coupling enhances respiratory metabolism.3.When the cytochrome pathway and the alternative pathway were co-operating and the cytochrome pathway was operated alone,the mitochondrial ATP and energy charge?EC?of strawberry fruit decreased with increasing concentration of DNP and NaVO4,and the energy level showed a decreasing trend;with ADP With increasing concentrations of C4H4Na2O4,the mitochondrial ATP and energy charge?EC?of strawberry fruit increased,and the energy level increased.UWL intensity was significantly positively correlated with energy level.UWL intensity increased with the increase of energy level and decreased with the decrease of energy level.Explain that energy is one of the sources that directly trigger changes in UWL.4.Promote and inhibit the coupling of electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation,affect the changes of respiratory metabolism,and the energy and UWL also change accordingly.It was demonstrated that UWL was produced during the mitochondrial respiratory metabolism of strawberry fruit,and the energy level in the process of respiratory metabolism was directly related to the production of UWL.
