Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the loss of labor force has become increasingly serious in our country.As a result of the collapse for the labor force,the utilization rate of land resources has been reduced.Agricultural mechanization with high technology content is applied more and more widely.It can not only liberate labor force,but also improve labor productivity and product quality.Key technology research and equipment development of intelligent harvesting and straw bio reactor for greenhouse vegetables is one of the contents of the development project of Hebei provincial education department,to develop a automatic,efficient and high quality leek harvester.According to the function and performance requirements of leek harvester,The whole scheme design of leek harvester and system control principle was carried out.Selecting PLC as the core of the control of the leek harvester.The DC motor regulator is selected as the driving device of the motor,and the encoder is selected as the measuring device of the cutter speed and walking speed,and the ultrasonic sensor is selected as the cutter position measuring device.Touch screen is used to display,set and adjust the parameters.The software design of the electrical control system includes the two parts of the PLC control program and the touch screen program.The speed control part of the leek harvester and the measuring part have been programmed,and the touch screen is designed and programmed with the WinCC flexible environment.The optimum matching value of the walking speed and cutting speed of the leek harvester was determined by the single factor test and the horizontal combination test.The leek harvester control system is in line with the technical requirements,and realizes the automatic harvesting of the leek harvester.The leek harvester runs well and achieves the desired goal.
