The use of anti-insect Bags?ZL201320160410.3?significantly reduces the rate of bored fruits,and prolonged storage period.However,the use of the bags led to the sunburn of'Lvhuajiu'peach fruit,which seriously affected the popularization and application of the bags.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the bags,in this study,peach fruit was used as experimental material to determine the epidermis structure,lignin and cellulose content and antioxidant index of peel during the coloring period,and to make clear the effect of the bags on the internal related physiological indexes of fruit and the reason of skin changing of brown spot fruit.The main results followed as below:?1?The'Lvhuajiu'peach which used the bags,the epidermis of all sunburn fruits was disintegrated,thinning,and the epidermis cell structure was damaged seriously.However,there were different degrees of damage to the sub-epidermis,in which the sub-epidermis cells of the mild Sunburn fruit gradually flattened over time?not lignified?,the average thickness of the epidermis was reduced from the initial 245.86?m to the 166.34?m.The sub-epidermal cells became lignified with the extension of time,the thickness of which was significantly higher than that of mild sunburn.?2?The'Lvhuajiu'peach which used the bags,Lignin content increased with time.Lignin content in mild Sunburn fruit was higher than common bag fruit,but the difference was not significant,the content of cellulose was significantly higher during the fruit ripe period than that of the common bag fruit.Lignin content in severe Sunburn fruit was significantly higher than that in normal fruit bag and mild Sunburn fruit,the content of cellulose was significantly higher during the fruit ripe period than that of the common bag fruit.?3?The'Lvhuajiu'peach which used the bags,the activity of antioxidant enzymes?SOD,POD,CAT,APX?and antioxidant?GSH,ASA?content of mild Sunburn fruits were less affected,and the levels of membrane lipid peroxidation produce?MDA?and O2-were lower,which could maintain certain antioxidant capacity.The activities of antioxidant enzymes?SOD,POD,CAT,APX?and the content of antioxidant?GSH,ASA?in severe Sunburn fruits decreased rapidly and even lower than the normal level with the prolongation of time.The content of membrane lipid peroxidation produce?MDA?and O2-was significantly higher than that of common bag fruit;With the prolongation of the color time,the content of MDA and O2-was continuously increased,and the normal oxidation balance of fruit was broken completely.
