Trollius chinensis is a cold and humid environment with strong cold tolerance,with high medicinal and economic value.The high temPerature in summer restricts the cultivation and aPPlication of Trollius chinensis in the northern low altitude area,Therefore,it is necessary to develoP and aPPly effective Plant growth regulating substances to enhance the high temPerature resistance of Trollius chinensis.In this exPeriment,Trollius chinens was used as exPerimental material,The seed and seedlings of Trollius chinensis were treated with different concentrations of exogenous of SA,the effects of seed germination characteristics,Physiological and biochemical characteristics,chloroPhyll fluorescence Parameters and electrical imPedance Parameters were analyzed by using artificial incubator.To find out how salicylic acid can enhance the resistance of Trollius chinensis,to solve the Problem of the introduction of Trollius chinensis from high altitude to low altitude.The results show that:?1?Under high temPerature stress,the seed germination of Trollius chinensis was inhibited.The suitable concentration of SA could Promote the germination of Trollius chinensis seeds under high temPerature stress,among them,the 0.5mmol·L-1SA effect is the best.After the treatment of 0.5mmol·L-1SA,germination vigour,germination rate,vigor index and germination indexof the seeds were increased by 26%,26.44%,26.1%and39%resPectively.?2?The Plant morPhology of Trollius chinensis was changed under high temPerature stress,Performance is yellow leaf loss of water,leaf edge gradually blackened Leaf wilting and other symPtoms,ProPer concentration of SA reduced the heat damage level of the Plant.After 1.0mmol·L-1SA treatment,the heat damage level of 72h remained at the second level under high temPerature stress,after 4 days of recovery,the injury rate was the lowest,and the heat injury index was 33.25%.?3?The Physiological and biochemical characteristics of Trollius chinensis were affected by high temPerature stress.SA can alleviate the damage of high temPerature stress to Trollius chinensis,but there is a certain concentration effect.among them,the1.0mmol·L-1SA effect is the best.The relative conductivity and MDA content of the leaves were 17.5%and 57.26%lower than that of CK when the temPerature stress was 72h.The content of free Pro content and soluble sugar Protein was 30.4%and 50%higher than CK,and the difference was significant.Alleviating the decline in chloroPhyll content,and even at 72h,it was 28.1%higher than CK;It Promoted the accumulation of soluble Protein and SOD,which was 8.9%and 18.2%higher than CK.With the extension of high temPerature stress time,the chloroPhyll fluorescence Parameter Fv/Fm?Fv/Fo and ETo/RC of Trollius chinensisdecreased.SAtreatmentalleviatedthedecreaseoffluorescence Parameters.among them,the 1.0mmol·L-1SA effect is the best,and even at 12h,it was2.6%,5%?10.8%,25.5%and 20%,25%higher than CK.?4?During the Period of high temPerature stress,the extracellular resistivity of eis Parameters increased first and then decreased after SA treatment.The value of re?ri and?treated by 1.0mmol·L-1SA was 23.5%?44.6%and 58.9%,higher than that of CK under stress,and the difference was significant?P<0.05??However,the?was not stable and there was no significant difference among the treatments...
