At present,the level of water management in paddy fields in China is generally low,and the use of water resources in irrigation areas is unscientific.The abuse of water resources is very common.The basic reasons are as follows: First,there is a lack of micro-level perception of field water management;second,there is a lack of necessary technical means for field moisture data analysis and processing.The daily water management relies heavily on artificial and agricultural experience.The management level of rice paddy field water management is low,and the need for water resources waste,water and rice growth and development are inconsistent.This paper develops a webgis-based rice irrigation forecasting system.The system focuses on improving the management level of agricultural irrigation water,integrating the currently widely used webgis with scientific data monitoring,and using data analysis science to calculate the adaptive moisture of paddy rice.(1)Based on the water balance equation,the rice irrigation prediction model was analyzed and three irrigation models were combed according to different meteorological conditions.These models have different calculation methods for different rice growing seasons and different meteorological conditions.Micro-level monitoring of rice irrigation is needed to forecast the water requirement and drainage of rice in macro-scale.(2)Researched the design of rice irrigation system forecast.The design initially formed a framework with complete functions,stable technology and reasonable architecture.It is conducive to post-development and functional updates.Based on the irrigation demand,according to the logical relationship between the rice irrigation model and the three paradigm principle calculation,a relational database with reasonable structure and high processing performance is designed.The MySQL database is used to establish a database according to the data model and optimize the configuration.The water demand information,rainfall,infiltration,and storage and query of rice field attribute information data for the irrigation early warning system are implemented to provide data management for the rice irrigation forecasting system..(3)Researched and developed carding irrigation forecasting system.The system program uses the web interface provided by ArcGIS server and utilizes ArcGIS API for JavaScrip technology to carry out front-end call of map service,irrigation warning function and development of farmland visualization management function,in B/S structure.Realizing the real-time forecasting and visualization of rice irrigation and completing the development of the entire system.The test function achieves the desired accuracy.First of all,the system has realized the irrigation and drainage forecast of rice in terms of function,and can start the corresponding model to forecast when dealing with different meteorological conditions.Secondly,the intelligent task allocation module was introduced into the agricultural production management function.Based on data analysis and deep learning,the module can assign producers to corresponding labor objects according to production attributes.
