Tetraploid buckwheat has many advantages such as strong growth potential, high biological yield and large grain size. However, the low level of enrichment has greatly limited its use in production. In this experiment, the diploid and its corresponding tetraploid T.buckwheat were used as materials, and their differences in filling characteristics, root morphology, physiology, and injurious fluid strength were compared to clarify the characteristics of poor filling. Finally, different fertilizer control studies were conducted. The test results are as follows: 1.Analysis of characteristics of poor tetraploid buckwheatIn the early growth period, the root morphology of tetraploid buckwheat was more luxuriant than the corresponding diploid buckwheat, and the root surface area and root volume of tetraploid buckwheat was higher than the corresponding diploid at the seedling and flowering stages;the tetraploid buckwheat root system The average diameter is larger than the corresponding diploid at the seedling stage, anthesis stage, and filling stage. At different growth stages, the order of root activity among different materials was seedling stage> grain filling stage> flowering stage> mature stage. In the early growth period, the activity of tetraploid buckwheat roots was smaller than that of the corresponding diploid roots, and the intensity of the tetraploid buckwheat at the filling stage was weaker than that of the corresponding diploid body. This suggests that the poor tetraploid buckwheat plumpness may be related to its low root activity at the seedling and flowering stages, and it is difficult to meet the nutritional requirements of the plants at the grain filling stage. To improve the plumpness of the tetraploid buckwheat, the improvement of the root system may be considered.Using the Richards equation to analyze the filling characteristics, the 100-grain weight of each variety almost no longer increased after 25 days after flowering. The actual final 100-grain weight of each variety fluctuates within Aħ0.008-0.075,and the maximum growth rate of tetraploid buckwheat reaches. The time of day Tmax.G and the time of pre-grouting were less than that of the corresponding diploid, and the growth of the tetraploid at the maximum filling rate was greater than that of diploid.2.Effect of fertilizer regulation on grain plumpness of tetraploid buckwheatApplying N fertilizer can improve the root structure of tetraploid Tartary Buckwheat, increase root length, surface area, volume and average diameter of roots, and the best effect of nitrogen fertilizer treatment. The application of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer can increase the yield of tetraploid buckwheat plots, and all of them have the best effect under medium concentration treatment. However, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers have no obvious effect on the fertility of tetraploid buckwheat. The application of low-potash potassium fertilizer can increase the yield of tetraploid buckwheat plots. The application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer had no significant effect on the fertility rate of tetraploid buckwheat.
