Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)is an important pathogen of crop diseases, endangering crops and causing significant economic losses. In recent years, due to chemical control of economic crop disease will cause harm to the human body and major environmental pollution, people advocate the use of pollution-free products to prevent crop diseases.Protein pesticide is a new type of biological pesticides, harmless to human and animal, environmentally friendly, both to increase the value of agricultural products, but also increase economic benefits, with broad market prospects and good market competitiveness.Photosynthetic bacteria(PSB)can be applied to agriculture as organic fertilizer, degradation of pesticide residues and other beneficial bacteria,we found that it has anti-TMV disease effect, but its mechanism has not been reported. For the first time, this study found that photosynthetic bacteria GJ-22 can induce the system resistance of the virus and promote plant growth and development, and can colonize the leaves.Lay the foundation for the study of the next disease resistance mechanism. The results are as follows:(1)field trials set up four treatments,BTH(chemical control group),GJ-22 suspension(experimental group),autoclaved GJ-22 suspension(inactivated control group)and ultrapure water(blank control group),found that GJ-22 with BTH Similar to the ability to induce plant TMV resistance.(2)GJ-22 was able to produce IAA and ALA,two exogenous plant hormones that could promote plant growth by observing plant growth and seed germination promotion experiments under aseptic conditions. Both of these plant hormones promoted Seed germination and plant growth.(3)The GJ-22 suspension was applied as a foliar spray to tobacco seedlings, and the number of bacteria began to decrease. On the seventh day,the number of bacteria increased and finally stabilized at a certain value.Indicating that GJ-22 can colonize leaves.
